Jeddah An Naim 3-star Hotels

I liked the location as it is 14 minutes driving to the airport plus very close to malls and restaurants. The staff were outstanding and very welcoming, helpful and nice. The room was spacious, clean, new furniture and the bed very comfy. Shower room and toilet were clean, spacious and I found all I needed in there. The food was delicious with a reasonable price. I would recommend people to stay in Carawan hotel.

This hotel is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in for business trips. I didn't expect to find such a good hotel in Jeddah. No wonder it has a 5-star halo on Google Maps. Facilities: The lobby is bright and clean, and the decoration is very beautiful. Hygiene: The hotel is cleaned on time every day, and the bathroom is very clean. There is also a beautiful rose, which is so heartwarming. Environment: There is a large supermarket on the left side opposite the hotel, which is open 24 hours a day and has many local specialties that can be brought back home. The hotel room environment is very large and the large floor-to-ceiling windows have good sound and light insulation. Service: The front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the customer service in the room is also very enthusiastic. Every day, they greet me with a smile, which makes me feel that the city of Jeddah is really sweet. Thank you.

When I stayed at the hotel, it must have just been renovated. The hotel looked quiet. There weren’t as many people as other hotels in the area. You can request water at any time.

A great service both at check in and check out. I enjoyed the clean and new shower and kitchen facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable and large.

Great hotel with all amenities. Well equipped Gym and a decent size pool. Staff are pleasant and always ready to help. The only downside is pool closes at 6pm. In my opinion it should be open for a while later due to the heat outside especially in the hotter months

This hotel looks very grand and beautiful from the outside, like a palace. Its main door is on the side, not next to the road. It is not easy to find. I took a taxi twice. The driver didn't know where its main door was because it is a rectangle with four exposed sides. It is really difficult to know which one is its main entrance. The facilities inside are very old, but the accessories provided are quite rich. It is an antique five-star hotel at first glance.

The location is wrong. I had to contact the hotel to know the correct location. Humidity is high inside the room, light blankets
