Excellent Location and Facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hawthorn Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Bhim, the room cleaning service attendant, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out. I have already visited this hotel 4times now and I’d definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

To start with ...lovely property, extremely neat and clean keeping all safety and hygiene in mind. For now they have one bedroom and two bedroom villa operational..soon they will start executive rooms which is base category of the property. Spacious room with a living and dining. Bang on. Front office staff extremely sweet team. Gill a very charming girl at front office, Apurva is simply best in her profile as relationship manager, she could immediately connect with my daughter and my daughter still misses her, Gill and Shraddha. So when a kid gives a compliment surely they all are special. Shraddha again very sweet girl at front office. Restaurant - Food is highlight, fantastic food with range of choice. Bang on. Aanchal is powerful staff at restaurant, we were highly highly impressed how solely she was taking care of guest, their requirements as well as clearing all the tables. Extremely patient girl, Aanchal you are an asset to HAWTHORN. Way to go girl. Sagar - Thank you for specially coming to us and taking feedback. Jill - Thank you for arranging cake for us and taking efforts to come to our room at 12 to give us surprise. I couldnt have ask for more. Means a lot. The swimming pool in the centre of this property makes it seem very much like a green oasis ! The rooms are in a round formation around this area so every room has a lovely view ! The food is vegetarian and excellent to taste . The staff is very helpful and attend to your needs as soon as you ask for something!

Beautiful place with very comfortable stay. The staff is very polite and helpful. Mr Adil and Ms Amrita in the restaurant really impressed us with quick service and cheerfully accomodating our requests, especially making sure that the elderly members of our family had everything they desired.

Had good experience with hotel as well as food was good at Satvik restaurant. Staff was polite. Good service provided at restaurant by Staff Aadil. Wonderful experience. Swimming pool was also neat and clean. Amenities are also good. Stayed for 3 nights and it was value for money.
