The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly, we had an easy check and the food preparation is very good, we had opted for breakfast and dinner buffet which was very tasty, special mention to Aadil for his service, chef Surender, chef Abhay for their yummy preparation and all the other staff

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, awarding it 4 stars. The overall experience was commendable, with well-maintained cleanliness and a welcoming ambiance. The staff exhibited professionalism, contributing positively to the stay. While the pricing was on the higher side, the premium service and pleasant atmosphere justified the cost. The location proved to be advantageous, and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

Good location, good cleaning, staff was polite, i was single and did not had my breakfast but no discount provided by the hotel. If service not taken then they should waive off the charges even if paid. I had selected 2 person and with breakfast, but then my plan changed to single person with no breakfast, but the hotel team did not gave me refund.

Exceptionally good service with lots of smile and warm hospitality from Nagma at the reception and Mayur at the door. The hotel superbly clean and very centrally located with many amenities within walking distance. We are a well travelled couple who have visited many cities and give this Anaya Beacon 5 stars as it is better than many 5 stars hotel we have stayed at

Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

An excellent hotel with well trained staff and professionally managed property. Rooms are small but well managed & well equipped. Everything in the room & bathroom is well-maintained & works properly. A rooftop restaurant with a rich menu & good taste adds considerable value. The reception & room service is also very professional, polite & supportive. Hotel management seems to be very much focused towards customer care...... like they offer a round the clock menu....they serve tea/coffee in thermos-flask..all services are with smiles & a decent staff-uniform. Cleanliness & hygin is visible in the entire property. Sufficient perking space with security guard. You feel like you are in a 5-star hotel.......... real value for money. Highly recommended. Appreciable efforts by management & staff.....keep continue the good work.

Visited jam nager for joining vessel stayed in fortune palace hotel palace the stay was amazing !!! Room was very need and clean and House keeping staff pallav and jubin very nice boy. Stayed one night. The room was clean but was very small in size, went for some work so one night is adjustable, its reasonable at the heart of the city. Breakfast was included in my package which was tasty, staff were polite and friendly.
