A beautiful resort which is maintained very well, coupled by scenic environment and superior hospitality! I guarantee that you would get nothing but a real pleasant experience throughout your stay. Hundreds of peacocks, parrots, birds, a centuries old temple in the premises and well spread-out grounds would give you a peaceful and pleasant feeling. From General Manager to doorman and from ground staff to restaurant Chef, all have the same culture, urge to do their best to make you happy and give you a great feeling of being wanted as their customer. Kudos to the General Manager who personally pays attention to everything and well trained sophisticated staff equipped with a freedom and discretion to make customers happy by going out of the way! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and is empowered with ability to help. For example, when we realized we forgot to make a spa appointment, we were at their shop called Tijori. The lady who was at the counter, booked the appointment for us and didn't send us to some other department but followed through and walked us there too. Chef Manoj discussed with us about food and learned a new recipe from us and made delicious snacks using that recipe and served us the next day ***** with Ghevar, which is a special Rajasthani desert. Some of our family members were leaving on a road trip to Agra. When the front desk heard that, they packed lunches for them. Our flight was late in the evening and the general manager was very gracious to let us check out late. No wonder this resort got accolades and awards! The general manager with his exemplary leadership, Men and Women working at the resort deserve such recognition! Would love to return and stay for a longer duration in future.

The Oberoi Rajvilas is extraordinary! We were upgraded on arrival to a luxury tent room. Quite a room!! It came with our own private outdoor space and two very comfortable lounge chairs. Peacocks roam the property and there is a 300+ year old Hindu Temple in the center of the property. Service was over the top. We never had to open a door or pour our own water. Someone was always there to ask if we needed anything. Senior staff from all of the areas checked in frequently to see how we were doing. Ashutosh, our housekeeper gave us three lovely drawings of Jaipur to remember our journey here and a beautifully embroidered mirror and comb set. The food was excellent and the staff were eager to please in all aspects going so far as to ask if we wanted anything prepared that wasn’t on the menu. At the end of our first dinner our server gifted us a pair of colorful scarves. This is the third Oberoi we have stayed in during our trip to India. They have all been spectacular and completely exceeded our expectations! We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay with them!

Exceptionally attentive service from the moment we arrived until they dropped us at the airport and waved goodbye! Many little kind gifts and surprises, like the local musicians learning and playing a hungarian song for us at dinner, knowing we came from that country. Excellent cuisine in both restaurants. Probably the best hotel experience we had ever.

My wife and I spent two nights at the Oberoi Rajvilas in late October 2024. It was a good stay. The hotel is made up of a number of small buildings spread out over a fairly large area. We were in a “tent cabin” furthest from the lobby. The room was interesting but not much different from other hotel rooms we’ve been in. The room has standard walls but has a canvas roof, with a tent pole in the center of the room. The room was large and we had a king size bed, which was comfortable. Internet access was good and easy to connect to. The bathroom was a bit small but had a walk in shower and two sinks. The major disadvantage was the distance of the room from the lobby. I checked the distance on my Apple watch and it was about 250 meters one way. The hotel has golf cars and will send one to pick you up – and will take you back to your room. At night, that’s a good idea because you can get lost on the grounds unless you are careful and know the paths. Breakfast was included and was nice. The staff was excellent. While the Oberoi is a premium hotel, I would prefer one that was more compact – not spread out as much as this one was.

We had wonderful experience in hotel for destination wedding it is amazing and beautiful property. I attend my brother's daughter wedding where we had a very good experience and the staff they all are very kind. Thank you all. We will come back soon with family
