The hotel is situated at a perfect location where all transportation is nearby. The best thing is the calmness and chaos free surroundings. Hotel has an extremely royal interior like a mahal. Room is big and well equipped with heritage touch of furniture. I love to foods which taste homely and are tasty.

I booked for 255 sqft delux ac room but on arrival they provided 100 sqft room. And on asking they told u prebooked two months ago at lesser price so got that price. For starter they entered room and wash basin was full of hair and washroom is without exhaust fan smelly washroom. And they hesitant to provide basic facility like toilet paper mineral water refil.

I am at a loss of words when it comes to describing my experience at krishna palace. It was the most disappointing and terrible experience without any doubts. To begin with when i was checking in at the hotel i felt very shady and the whole vibe was very off. The front desk guys were completely illetrate and lacked basic mannerism to treat guests. I had a big bag with me and my wife was unwell to carry any of it though the hotel staff completely overlooked this and i had to carry all my luggage by my self to my hotel room. Upon asking fot help they have a cold shoulder stating that the staff is not available at the moment. Nevertheless, we reached our superior room we have book for 3 nights and it was the most filthiest room with stained yellow sheets, holes in mattress and blanket, broken electrical switches, broken door handle and above all a toilet and bathroom which will perhaps make you feel that even public washrooms are better than this. We panicked looking at this filth and contacted the hotel staff but they were again very cold about this as if they did not care. They refuse to make any changes or cancel my booking but i choose to check out anyway since it was impossible to continue my stay in such unhygienic enviornmemt.

Ma Chambre donnait sur un logement bruyant et quand j’ai demande à changer de chambre on m’a dit que l’hôtel était complet mais il restait des chambres disponibles
