Arrived in our room to find only one towel, no hand towels we had not much toilet paper in bathroom. And shower curtain had mould, bought this to attention of the team, they said someone would attend but they never came. Tried to ring customer service to find phone not working, for another towel and hand towel, they did come with another towel and fix the phone. We went for evening meal, only the bar *** showed a menu but what ever we asked for they didn’t have. After discussion with him the only food on offer was chicken lollipops or chicken tikka. He did his best, one of the beers bought was off. They did try and show us somewhere else to eat down the road. We stayed for two days on the second day room was not cleaned, so no replacement water, sorry but definitely won’t come back.

Manohar’s customer service was very good The rooms are built based on old architecture Also they took full amount(for all days you are staying) during checkin which is a bit annoying.Food provide is average .I booked deluxe room which does not feel like deluxe at all

They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from *******. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful.

Staff behavior, more particularly Restaurant staff is very good. Needs some improvement in basic facilities e.g. Pillow cover, Blanket cover, shower is not working properly. Location is very good just near to Panchbatti MI Road. Cleanliness is proper.
