A modern version of a classic style hotel. Good facilities, the restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner. A bit noisy in ways, but this is a city centre hotel in India, so get used to it.

Superb hotel. Must visit Ambience, service and best for photography. Located in heart of the city. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is very good. Thanks for the service and hospitality given................. .....................

Very nice place to stay. Food is also good. Only issue is lighting in rooms. Very dim light in which even u are not comfortable to recognise your things properly. My suggestion to provide atleast one led light in each rooms. Pl keep outside with yellow bulb as u required to keep heritage look.

The hotel is very beautiful and stay is comfortable. I was a bit disappointed with the travel management team as while booking for cab they did not explain all the charges and later we had an disagreement regarding it and the person was not polite about it.

What a beautiful Riad hotel with traditional moorish decor. The reception area was especially decorative. We loved our stay here. Gorgeous room and very comfortable bed. The hotel was exceptionally clean & the staff very helpful & attentive. We enjoyed the 2 evening meals we had there. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Budget heritage hotel basic but clean
Heritage hotel with onsite restaurant. Rooms are clean but small and basics. Strange door lock system. We experienced several issues upon checking in which staff had trouble addressing due to lack of training and poor English skills. Staff not exactly helpful for assistance on transport and city experiences. Overall it is a basic budget no frills hotel with some character in a convenient location. Not the best option for western travellers for reasons above.

Ponto negativo para a cobrança de 1000 rupias, sem recibo, para entrar no quarto antes do horario do check in ( chegamos às 11h)

Solid for price
Overall good hotel and would return. Staff are friendly and the restaurant was fine.
However, main areas that would turn this from 4 to 5 star review are:
1. Bedsheets were low quality and tatty.
2. In room towels were not fully clean and had someone else's nail varnish on when we arrived.
3. We would sit by the swimming pool trying to relax and we would have presumably third-party people trying to sell us stuff excursions and souvenir ornaments and wouldn't leave us alone easily. You don't expect to be hawked in your own hotel...
Outside of that, all good.
