We stayed at Heiwa Heaven Resort in Jaipur for a birthday celebration and booked the Couple Cottage. The food was delicious…both dinner and breakfast were well served and satisfying. The highlight was the uncle playing music…he added such a warm vibe to the evening. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. And the ambiance? Simply stunning….classic Jaipur resort feels with a peaceful, luxurious touch. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience! special thanks to miss ronak , manish

Our experience at Heiwa Heaven Resort was extremely disappointing. The pool closed at 8 PM and indoor/outdoor games by 7 PM, leaving no evening activities for guests. When we asked why, we were told it was due to potential leopard sightings — but why couldn’t indoor games stay open longer?
Dinner was another letdown. Despite being told there would be a buffet, there wasn’t one. Instead, a waiter listed limited options and asked us to specify portion sizes for each dish, which felt quite inconvenient. The food was below average, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving concerns.
The room quality was also disappointing — nowhere near what you’d expect for the tariff they charge. Additionally, requests for music at the pool were denied, even though no other guests were present.
Overall, poor service, unresponsive staff, and subpar facilities made this stay far from enjoyable. Not worth the money or recommendation.

Excellent stay, wonderful environment. We had a stay for three days. The staff at reception is cooperative especially Ronak. Vinod, Sangeeta and Pooja. The restaurant staff Boor Singh, Sachin were also cooperative. The housekeeping staff Yashwant was also cooperative. We would like to visit again whenever time permits.
