More a hotel for summer. In December was quite cold.
In general the hotel needs a new polish. The chairs cushion was broken. The cushion on the chairs were broken. The bathroom was quite old and shabby. Night stand was broken. The tap was dripping.
Too high price for that quality.

Had a one night stay here, due to issue at booked hotel. A very grand main building with the wow factor. Our room nothing special, & when visited one of their restaurants for a evening meal, was asked by a number of staff if we were residents, became very annoying, so glad only staying one night. Staff a breakfast not very welcoming, somewhat aloof, maybe we just didn't fit in with the usual clientele , would not return

They have most helpful staff. It was great stay and we enjoyed a lot. They are available 24/7 for your help. Apart from this, the rooms were also very well maintained, comfortable and makes you feel royal. I will surely recommend anyone to experience the stay.

I had an excellent stay! The staff were very polite and nice, especially Vishal at the front office during check-in. The food was delicious, and the folk dance performance added a wonderful cultural touch to the experience.Good job, keep it up!! I also have morning walk 16KM from Narayan Niwas to Amber Fort during my stay

Amazing property which is quiet serene as well as very courteous and helpful staff. There are almost 3-4 restaurants within the property, all worthy of a visit. The heritage property is well kept and worthy experience while visitng Jaipur.

I cannot recommend more!! Extremely lovely place. Serene gardens and pool. Complete with peacocks and parrots. Spa was absolutely incredible. So much so that I booked twice! And morning yoga class that’s included in your stay was the cherry on top! Excellent instructor!! Rooms are spacious, extremely clean, comfy beds, great hot shower with pressure. And the STAFF BRAVO!!! All very professional and attentive. Restaurants also divine. Location is easy to reach anywhere in the city!
