I stayed with family in heritage Suite No. 102 at first floor of the main heritage palace. I arrived here directly searching for Good lodging facility in Jaipur, especially considering open space for my daughter to play. On arrival I was greeted at reception by ever smiling Jyoti Mam, Yashwant Sir and Dinesh Sir, committed to keep the guests at ease everytime. I was awed by the magnificent of the place and the open lawn in front. Everything was well maintained and perfect. The service was impeccable and on time. All the staff serving foods were very polite and served with smile.I strongly recommend majestic Hari Mahal palace for stay at Jaipur being situated at Civil lines and very near to Railway station and bus stand, especially for its courteous, supportive and ever smiling staff.

Excellent facilities.Good and clear room.room services are very good.hotel is in good locality and well cleaned.staff are very cooperative and available 24&7. Price are very reasonable. A lot of space. Walking track is very good and swimming facilities is available.

Excellent service, good food, interior swimming pool, huge space in room. Location is premium. RENT IS NOMINAL. Huge walking space. Spa was not running at time ( in summer month). Service is instant. I have visit this hotel on 3-4 June 2025 solo. Amazing happy experience of candel light dinner.

This hotel has some of thr best hospitality and food i have ever experienced. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make my 7 day stay an absolute break of an experience. Yehwant and Vinodi were both amazing and i can't wait to bring my family back in August. Many thanks guys! Kind Regards, Leon West

Overall stay was very good , food and rooms are everage. But AC in our room was not ok , it keeps turning off after every 30 minutes .

worth for money paid. it's an apartment at the back of the palace. The location of the hotel is good as it's within the city.

Just a pretty looking vintage style traditional property on the outside.
Airy and green areas.
But the rooms need to be redone. Paint was a little off from some areas. The apartment seemed like a home but sans the beauty. Only one socket in the whole room.
The service is very slow. Phones donot get answered quickly.
Food was tasteless. Not much of a spread they call buffet.
Situated in the heart of the city with all major attractions within 15 mins .
Apart form the locale and outer beauty, not much on offer.
