Worst hotel i ever booked. Food is terrible. Make u sick. Complementary breakfast is almost 1 hour late after ordering. Will not recommend to anyone. Also i left the hotel from hotel 5:30 am to avoid eating the breakfast

A pathetic hotel. If you have to order food you have to wait for 1:30 hour to deliver in your room. After questioning them, they are saying it is the minimum time which is required. Every time you ask for anything they don't have. I will advise you to don't visit this facility. The most pathetic experience ever.

Soiled water kettle in the room. No dusting in the room. Bedsheet was old too. For 4 people only 2 water bottles was given when called out that it should be 1 bottle per head, reception guy was very harsh in his response. Tv/ac nothing was working. For breakfast, only 1 little plain paratha was served. No raita or any curry was given. Very rude people.

Very rude behaviour of management. Loudly speaking with customers. Order placed for breakfast 1. 30 hrs not getting then when i cancel-ling required money and no ready food for packing also. Very miss behaviour by manager and asking me you can call anyone i don't have any problem. I asked for a towel 5-6 times.

The service was definitely bad. The handle of the washroom door was broken. There was no chef in the kitchen and therefore we couldn't order food for lunch.

We were approximately charged 2.8K (including taxes) for the room. And their service was poor. We had raised several concerns to them and they continued to serve us poorly. The room was decent and spacious, although it was not premium enough.

Rooms were unhygienic, bathroom lock was broken, breakfast they said only 1 aloo paratha per person, any one item. Overall terrible experience
