The Leela Palace Jaipur

It was a pleasant short stay. The staff is fantastic and facilities are luxurious. The food could be improved. Otherwise, great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur! The staff are so amazing. The grounds and mountains right next door are pretty and it's just a first-rate place to stay for sure! Beautiful place! Great quality of everything and great standards for Westerners. The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world. This is more of a palace retreat, also, not just a hotel. We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend. I do have a tip - go in a 'Grand Villa'. The Palace suite (what it says I stayed in), is gorgeous but the villas are even better and not that much difference in price. We stayed 2 nights at Leela Palace Jaipur and experienced both room types. The photos online on the Leela website are accurate.  We ate at the buffet restaurant, Sukh Mahal. It was nice. The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).  It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that. jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area. It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I totally recommend. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy. We took an Uber to the Leela Palace and that was a huge mistake. Pay the extra for the hotel car! Most of the cars we were in in Jaipur had no seatbelt in the back middle seat, and two other cars didn't have seatbelts in the back at all. Just trust us. Just make sure they take you to the right airport. The driver was great but dropped us off at domestic terminal, which is 3km or so from the international one, and you have to take an Uber to get from each, so please make sure they understand which one (I thought it would be one airport).

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Manoj Sharma and he helped me with room maintenance with amazing service. Leela palace Jaipur is an amazing property.

I recently stayed there with my family and the experience was really amazing. The whole property is beautiful and the pictures will not do the justice to what you will experience with your eyes. And the stay experience was also tremendous. They have very polite and humble staff and very accommodating. Food was also delicious, we definitely enjoyed the dessert as the section had huge variety, it’s just that if they could add something more in the buffet in the main menu that we can enjoy otherwise it was perfect.

This is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited in India. Anmol provided great service. Highly recommend.

It was one of the finest and wonderful experiences I had as I have been to many hotel chains and the service what I liked was a shadow service that was the butler service and the way staff welcomed us was amazing … Thanks to Leela Staff 😍
