The central downtown location provides easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Guests appreciate the exceptional service from friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially the offer of umbrellas during rainy weather.

I would say that our stay was average, maybe a little below. I would not say it was a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It was an average hotel. It is about two blocks from the square so pretty convenient to the downtown area. The hotel is in serious need of some TLC with stained carpets and beat up furniture. The elevator was dirty. The evening front desk associate was great, very professional, and knowledgeable of the hotel and what was near the hotel. The hotel is on the corner of two streets and so it was very noisy and kept me up half the night. There may be rooms that do not face the road, I am not sure. The bed was firm and the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was free but very simple and again, not consistent for a luxury Hotel. I have stayed in worse and I have stayed in better. Jackson and the State of Wyoming have crazy high taxes and fees so for 700.00 a night total, I would not stay here again. A couple positives. Free parking and internet.

I want to start out by saying that this hotel is fine and our stay was fine. However, it was way overpriced for shoulder season. I booked very early because the sites I reviewed made this hotel sound like it’s the place to be. When I noticed the huge drop in prices the week prior to our stay, I contacted the hotel to see if anything could be done to make up the difference between what I paid and what the rates were at that time (I booked through my credit card travel site who apparently uses *******). I was told the only room available was a suite with one king bed and a sofa bed, but the double king room I already booked would be more comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel as advertised. The location in Jackson is the best asset. The double king room was ok. The carpets were stained and torn. Elevator was out of service so we had to haul our bags up the stairs. It was out of service the entire 5 days we were there. Complimentary breakfast: no coffee the first day, packaged muffins the 1st day only, bagels with no tongs to grab them with, granola available a few days, packaged cereal, oatmeal, strawberries in a grocery store container with guest seen grabbing them out of the container with his hands (again - no tongs available). Housekeeping only if you notify front desk, but it’s difficult to catch someone at the front desk. The young lady we dealt with a few times was very polite. We did ask for housekeeping midway through our stay. Replacement towels felt like sandpaper. The tissue box was not refilled. It was nice to have a mini fridge and washer and dryer in the room. Parking lot is small. There is a garage too but we did not receive the code for the garage door. Parking pass was just a hand written date on a small piece of note pad paper. We were focused on the parks and outside activities, so the hotel was an OK place to sleep.
