Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson

Horrible... keys don't work EVERY DAY and the gentleman downstairs (said his name is Craig) on Monday at 7pm-7:45pm is very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful... we had to visit the front desk many times a day because of this issue.... have been staying in Hilton since 25 years ago but never like this in fact. Digital key? Doesn’t work, physical card keys? None of them work (we initially got 2). This is ok. We just need to visit the front desk for help as the Hilton app suggests , right? Wrong!! First, no one was there at the front desk on Monday at 7pm when I first approached. Imagine after a whole day of trails and no one was there to help. Then after trying all my keys again and again running up and down (none of them work), I went to the side of the front desk shouting many times “I need help!” Eventually there was this guy coming out from a secret room to the front desk. This was where the whole nightmare started. Very rude. Very rude when a customer is asking for help many times in person but is ignored. It has nothing to do with my profession or the room rate (expensive, being $800 or $900 a night). It has a lot to do with his attitude when their system is broken or at the very least bothering customers to run up and down like this. They should try that 10+ times for trying to get into own rooms then being treated by this guy like this! . Horrible. How many times did I tell the guy, ”I need help”? More than 3 times probably. But , he just kept ignoring and questioning me back with do you need help?? how many times did he question me back, ”Do you need help? ” maybe 3? 5 times? I’m already showing the cell phone screen!! Of course we needed help! Or why would I be at the front desk? ; Then, how many times did I try to pass the guy the Useless key card but got ignored ? 4? 5? Better check that video recording! lol. Maybe their management can see and count better. What’s worse, with his unwillingness to help, the digital key was still not working after I left the front desk … but only shortly. I had to come back again since it was still not working!! … geez very good workout after a tiring day. Then, even after I showed him my cell phone screen (saying no work, contact front desk) and told him, “this is not funny” , he kept saying many times “do you have a problem?” “What’s your problem?” WOW , this is so unprofessional to its extreme. What really surprised me was his attitude. Seriously, thinking back, maybe it should be me asking, “What is your problem??” Guess what? The digital key still didn’t work after him saying he fixed it, sending another code whatever. Next morning, no, still didn’t work. But this front desk person’s ill-mannered attitude is what really pisses me off. To be fair, the room is okay and other staff members are nice. But if factor in how you may be treated rudely like this with a small issue of malfunctioning keys … I guess I’m only glad that I advised my friends to stay at a different place for this trip.
Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, a Noble House Resort

I have stayed at three hotels in Jackson and Teton Village. This is a good rule, but it is still good. The grade is a four-star class, the room is large, there is extra space for entering the door. Toilet sliding door, two sinks. There is also a large bathtub, which is not very clean but actually clean. The things in the hotel are basically charged, including the bear on the bed. But the bed is very comfortable and big. If you go skiing, this hotel is good. If you go to Jackson, it is recommended to stay in Jackson’s Twilight Parrot Hotel. It’s not much, but the service is better.

We made a last minute visit and found this hotel online. We loved the proximity to Jackson Holes city center which was a few minutes walk away. It is also on the main road to head to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park. We stayed for two nights, we ended up getting a larger room for the second night because we had another family member join us. Both rooms were clean with all the amenities and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and friendly, two that stand out were James in housekeeping and Price at the front desk.

The website was misleading. This did not feel like a resort, but a motel. Our condo was extremely dated and not worthy of the rating and with filthy carpets and curtains. The bed linens were old and worn. There was only one small trash can which was in the bathroom. The in-room amenities had not been updated in a long time. The coffee that was provided was old, and the toiletries were unusable. It felt like nobody had used the room in a long time. The front desk check-in experience was so unwelcoming. Customer service was negligible even though they have concierge service. Although the views are beautiful they don't make up for the expectations we had for $632/night. When we checked out this morning, we planned on providing this feedback to the staff but they were on the phone and we could only wait for 10 minutes. We sent an email which was promptly acknowledged. But they never got back to us and our trip ended one month ago.

The only motel that stayed in the entire journey, the main rating is good, so the adventure experience is better than the imagination. The room is convenient to use and the decoration is relatively new. The only drawback is that the sound is not good and the sound is very bad. The price is OK, but the experience will be fine once and you should not stay at the motel again.

Hotel location is very good looking, clean, booked suites, large rooms, inner bedroom, big bed very comfortable with very large sink, separate bathroom, easy to use, washing machine and dryer, put a few days The clothes were washed together. There is a sofa outside, you can sleep, a whole set of kitchen utensils, you can cook. There is also a balcony, but it is a late arrival at the hotel and it is not enjoyed. The next morning, I borrowed the bicycle prepared by the hotel and turned the town around. It was a very beautiful and characteristic town. It is more than 20 minutes drive from Grand Teton Park. Breakfast is simpler and less. The attitude of the front desk clerk is not very warm.
