The room is clean but the facilities are old. Due to bad weather, our flight was canceled and we checked into the hotel one day late. I understand their check-out policy, but the communication process with the hotel is painful. There is often no one at the front desk, and emails are not answered for a long time.

There were rats and cockroaches in the room, the toilet was broken, there was no waiter at the front desk, and it took more than half an hour to make breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was still broken. It's not even as good as a 5,000 RMB express hotel. Don't stay at this hotel, it's garbage. The good reviews are all lies. It cost 15,000 RMB for three nights. I called Ctrip the next day to complain and asked for a refund for two nights. Ctrip asked me to check out first and then negotiate a solution, but it has not been resolved until now.

Our new favorite hotel in JH! Perfect location with a dedicated free parking lot put us within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants and fun! Our room was super clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed along with all the amenities you need for a great getaway. The included cooked-to-order breakfast sets this inn apart. Make your way to the dining room to place your order for eggs any way you like or an omelet, along with bacon, sausage, and toast, and then enjoy their buffet of fruits, juices, yogurt, and delicious coffee while your order is prepared. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, especially Tom at the front desk who checked us in and provided great restaurant suggestions. We can’t wait to return!

Worst experience. Lots of mold in the bathroom. I booked the nice more expensive room, when i checked in, they give me a cheap room with mold in it and charged me for the expensive room. They told me they would move me and credit me. They did neither. I had to get help from Amex.

Dirty! The pillows are flat and the sheets are sandpaper. The amenities are nil - you can’t even get a cold bottle of water. Giant spider in the sink, mold in the shower. Carpet is old, brown, and stained. The comforter is ripped. Wood burning stove didn’t light. AC unit didn’t cool even this teeny tiny room. Don’t even think of enjoying your “private balcony” - it’s just a half-lattice separating you from the literal parking lot. Should have done more research and stayed elsewhere.

We loved our stay at the Alpine House. It’s centrally located in Jackson. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast included which is a great perk in a pricy food town. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, street was quiet, staff was friendly and accommodating.
