Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. El servicio dejó mucho que desear, el personal no fue amable ni atento, y la limpieza no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. Nos fuimos con una sensación muy negativa, por lo que, basándonos en nuestra estancia, no lo recomendaríamos.

Hotel Mur is located in the center of the old town of Jaca. The rate quality/price is good. It is very well located in the old town, far less than 5 minuts by walk from cathedral and in front of the citadel. The room had all we needed to stay a night. Beds were comfortable.the decoration of the hotel is old style, but beautiful. It has restaurant. On the other hand, we spent between 5 and 10 minutes to obtain hot water in the shower. In fact, the reception staff explained to us this fact. The room is a bit small for 3 adults.

Un hotel agradable y muy bien situado en el centro de Jaca, junto a la catedral y su centro histórico, lo que buscábamos para pasear y conocer la ciudad. El personal nos atendió de forma excelente. Gracias! .Si regreso a Jaca tendré en cuenta este hotelpara hacer mi reserva

Hotel muy ruidoso. Mi habitación (la 501) daba a un patio interior donde un extractor de aire funcionó TODA LA NOCHE. Imposible dormir. Los vecinos se oían cómo si estuvieran en nuestra habitación. En el baño faltaba la mampara y el secador no funcionaba. En ambos casos no parecían averías recientes. En cuanto a la ubicación, que tantos elogios despierta en algunos comentarios: no sirve de nada estar en el centro si el coche lo has de aparcar en el quinto pino y encima la zona es muy ruidosa. Por otro lado, en Jaca, todo está al alcance de un corto paseo y la "excelente ubicación" no aporta nada.

Fuimos de viaje de estudios y pasamos dos noches en el hotel, íbamos asustados después de haber leído las reseñas, pero para nada fue una experiencia mala, personal muy agradable y comida grata. Buen servicio y hotel bien ubicado, no se pide nada mas

Restaurante decepcionante: falta de limpieza del restaurante (cristales sucios, copa de vino y cubiertos sucios y lavabos malolientes), servicio sin experiencia y descontrol, comida regular (migas sin sabor, entrecot duro y verdura cruda)

2 one night stays in August. Booking problems first visit but resolved easily. Second stay room very nice. View superb. Sadly both stays included breakfast. Absolutely terrible. Sickly sweet juice, no glasses so served in coffee cups. Coffee from machine warm at best, the white coffee selection came out black. Just one stale bread roll and loads of sliced bread for toasting in a desperately slow old toaster! By 8pm virtually no meat and cheese left. Judging by the looks on some faces I wasn't the only unhappy client! Some people took one look and walked straight out again! Strong feedback given at the reception when signing out. Such a shame.

No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. La habitación estaba ubicada sobre las cocinas y el suelo estaba muy caliente. En aire acondicionado tenía, al menos, 30 años. No se podía orientar y apuntaba directamente sobre una de las camas, por lo que sudabas y luego te enfriabas con el chorro de aire frío. En la ducha se salía el agua e inundaba el cuarto de baño.
