Window, door and balcony railing need to replace with new.

A rather old Japanese-style hot spring hotel, the rooms are spacious but the toilets and balconies are very dilapidated, the balcony ceiling is peeling, the railings are rusty, and it looks like a dangerous building! The toilet has a strong stench. I can smell it even when I close the door and sleep at night. Using a deodorizer in the room is completely ineffective! There is no bed-making service, you have to do it yourself. The mattress and quilt are thin. The temperature dropped sharply when we arrived, but the central air-conditioning duct was very old and we didn't dare to turn on the heater. Fortunately, I brought a small electric blanket with me, otherwise it would be too cold to fall asleep! Both breakfast and dinner are buffets. There are a lot of food varieties for dinner but there are a lot of people, mostly local elderly people. It should be because the room rate is relatively cheap! Limited breakfast options! The men's and women's baths are both very good and comfortable, but the open-air bath cannot block the rain, so it is not very comfortable if it rains and the weather is cold! In short, although the price is low, the quality is not worth it!

Buy a tatami room and you can see Mount Fuji in the room. We bought a standard room and we couldn't see Mount Fuji. Eating here is very cost-effective. Highly recommended

Good. The scenery is very good. It is on the mountain. It is convenient to drive. The hot spring is also good. Mount Fuji is right in front of you. The room you booked does not include meals, but there are many restaurants within a few minutes of going down the mountain. The sushi is delicious.

日本自由行全程自己訂酒店，選擇這家是因為距離修善寺比較近，離大仁站很近。酒店有温泉，晚餐自助餐值得推薦，品類多且划算。有免費班車送到大仁站，就是從大仁站出來後要走個大上坡才能到酒店。
