Stay here if you love food, one of the best meals I’ve ever had in a ryokan. Service was great considering the staff couldn’t speak English, they had google translate on standby and a little broken japanese goes a long way.

The worst experience in a hot spring hotel, bar none! The hotel is quite secluded, and there are no convenience stores around, which is very inconvenient. After checking in, I found that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there were residual hair, which was disgusting. Because it was on the second floor, the water pressure was not good. The water stopped halfway through the shower and I had to wait for a while before the water came back. If these are not a big deal, then the next thing is even more infuriating. My friend stayed with me on the first night, and she sent another friend to live with her before she left the next day. From the beginning to the end, there were only two people every night, just different guests, but the hotel actually charged a third person. I explained it very clearly to the hotel. My first friend only stayed in the room for a while (no more than 1 hour) the next day and left, and did not use any hotel facilities. She just sent someone over, but this was not okay. They had to charge more money, and their attitude was bad. Their English was very poor. They couldn't explain the reason for the charge, and they were afraid that we would call the police if we didn't pay. It was really speechless, a big thunder. You must avoid this hotel. The experience is too bad!

The hotel is a very beautiful ryokan with a good atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. There is an onsen to soak in both the rooms and the common areas. Breakfast/dinner is very good. Eat until you're full. Lovely staff Have a service mind for everyone There are yukata clothes that you can wear to walk around the school and wear them to travel around the school.

The service is very attentive and thoughtful, the environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic. Will come again

Semi-Japanese hot spring hotels are traditional and small, with decent food and good service

It's the biggest hot spring in the neighborhood. The hot spring water itself is just clean and odorless, and the kaiseki is not bad, and all the facilities are good.

There is no problem with overall hygiene, and most hotels in Japan can be said to be good in this regard. The facilities are relatively old and the food tastes acceptable.
