Pelin A. Kahyaoglu, the navigator. Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening. But no fault of the staff as they tried very hard to make sure we could get into our room each time.

I always book this Hotel when I go Izmir. Everything is comportable and kind and clean. Great view.

It was a good hotel I enjoyed staying there , we liked the Breakfast and the beds were very comfortable

Everything was ok Only one important thing my reservation was room with sea view and I asked through my reservation I wanted my room at a high floor with nice view on the sea But the hotel gave me the room at 4th floor with smallest sea view , I’m upset from this thing because I feel this un respectable to my request through you Also I mention they put some sweet in our room as a good hospitality

We specifically booked a twin room, but were given a king-size bed room. After communicating with the front desk, they told us to open the room by ourselves, but it was not possible. Finally, we changed to a twin room, which was larger than the king-size bed room. The facilities were quite new and the beds were comfortable.

Everything with the hotel was great except for the service at the restaurant/bar on the top floor. Other than that everything was on point! The hotel was super clean and surrounded with amazing restaurants

After check-in we found out that the indoor swimming pool and the sky roof restaurant weren't open due to maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this specific accommodation. So it was a very big disappointment. I think the hotel should have announced this on their website so customers don't stand for surprises!

The hotel is not far from the South Railway Station, which is convenient for people who want to take a train to other cities in Uzbekistan. The hotel is also very clean. It's just that the location is relatively speaking, facing the street, and there is a train behind, which may be a little noisy, but the hotel service staff is very good. I arrived in the early morning of September 11th. I remembered the wrong time and forgot to book a room for the night of 10th-11th. In addition, I didn't have enough cash with me, and I forgot to activate my visa and couldn't pay. The young man on duty that day was very good. He let me stay first and withdraw money the next day and pay. Because I said I didn't want to eat breakfast, he gave me a discount. He is really a good person. I didn't see him when I left, and I didn't have time to thank him again. I'm very sorry. Then the customer service of Qunar.com has been helping me follow up on the order. He is very responsible and the service is very good. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at piano hotel but some service issues made our stay unpleasant. The room was clean and neat. It is a bit small for two people but big enough for 1 night. The hotel has free parking for hotel guests but we were called twice in the morning to move the car (the first time we were still sleeping as we had arrived late and we were tired). Breakfast was good with enough options. You can only order other drinks such as cappuccino after 12 am. According to trip.com checkout is between 12:00 and 12:30. We felt rushed to check out at 12:10 as the man at the front desk didn’t confirm checkout time. So it is 12 and not 12:30. There was also another very rude guest rushing us to move our car, again! Overall it’s value for money but not a relaxing hotel with good service bust miscommunication.

Though the room was on the small side,we had enough space for our luggage. The location was excellent for the tram into downtown and to the train for Efesus and Denzili. We loved the restaurant, bar, and seaside areas a 10 min walk from the hotel.
