Location was good. Central, near attractions. It's a walking distance from Basmane Train station, Metro station and Izban station. We booked a Triple Room. Room design was uninspiring. There was a small balcony but half of the space was occupied with the air-conditioner unit and it wasn't clean so we didn't use it. The shower area is SMALL even for us smaller sized asian ladies. The towels and bed linen were clean but looks abit worn out. No toiletries were provided btw. There's bidet spray for my fellow bidet users. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the spread. Female receptionist is good in English and polite. Housekeeping staffs were polite. They were nearly done cleaning our room when we checked in but she did not make a fuss.

Hayatımda kaldıgım en berbat oteldi Fotograflarda başka oda var bana verdikleri başka oda değişim de kabul etmediler mecburen 3 gece kaldım gerçekten rezaletti. Bir daha asla ama asla kalmam Fotograflardaki odayı inceleyin ve ben şimdi bana verilen odayı fotoğraflayacağım. Boşuna paranızı vermeyin. Klima soğutmuyor Banyoda duş almak imkansız orası gölete dönüyor(arkadaşımda duş aldım abartmıyorum)

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with private bathroom. Good variety for breakfast. Central and within walking distance of the bazaar, Izmir tower, promenade and other points of interest. Highly recommended.
