"I can't recommend staying at this hotel at all! I'm someone who stayed in room 404. I want to complain. I booked this room for 3 people. However, the hotel only provided 2 large towels and 2 glasses of water, coffee and tea on the first day. When I returned from the trip on the second day, the room was cleaned, but the pistachios, mixed nuts, dried apricots and snack biscuits, chocolates etc. in the bags on the mirror table were missing. Today, we were not even given water and bags of coffee. They said that water, coffee and tea were only given at the entrance. It's a very bad hotel. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. I will never choose it again.

Hotel was vile wouldnt step a foot into that hotel ever again i had to book another room with different hotel due to reception told us our room was ready till 17th at 2pm i arrived at 5 am on 16th so jad to wait all day not happy

I checked into marina hotel just after midnight and there was a gentleman there to meet me, the room I was given was pleasantly good, clean and fairly big, and even had a little balcony that looked out onto the main street. Big bonus that the air-conditioning worked well
The mattress was comfortable for me but the firm, however the pillows were like 2 sack of bricks really terrible.
Basic amenities provided and a mini fridge with some refreshments all reasonably priced.
Bathroom shower had abit of mould but that is not uncommon for these hot humid places.wotu not proper vent extraction.
My only 2 complaints, the wifi isn't the greatest struggle to video call my family using it as it kept cutting out.
And there was a vent between my bathroom and the next room and I could hear every time they went to the toilet, showered or blowdried their hair.
Otherwise I felt safe as a solo woman and it was a pleasant few days stay location was fantastic, right near (8-10 min walk Basmane station (which takes you directly to Ephesus, also close to the trams which take you easily anywhere.
