Rook smelt terrible, scuffs all over the walls. However bathroom was nice and bed was good too. Great for a cheap night in the city to dodge expensive taxi prices to the airport as we did. But apart from that I wouldn’t recommend. Also no lift and we had 2 20kg bags which we had to carry up 4 floors.

The location is close to Konak Square and is easily accessible by tram, izban, and taxi. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby for easy shopping.
The hotel facilities are neither good nor bad.
The only thing is that the air conditioning only allowed for ventilation, which was a bit tough on hot and humid nights, but other than that it was adequate.
The sheets and towels are changed every day, and it is a clean hotel.
The front desk is also polite and will assist you if you have any problems.

Everything was great, the location is perfect for shopping. We got on very well with the staff at the Piano Hotel. Hakan abi, Yusuf and Duygu abla were lovely people, helped us with everything and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Our room was very small but very comfortable. The only thing was that we were missing a kettle in the room, but overall everything was great. The bathroom is outside the room but everything worked well.
Great staff, we would love to come back ❤️

I made a reservation with Trip.com and got 740 TL discount. The hotel was small but cute and clean. The breakfast and the attention and interest of the staff made us choose this hotel for our Izmir trips that we will come back to again.

Good location, had street parking in the front, service staff were friendly, breakfast was usual Turkish spread. Only thing is be prepared to climb stairs as there is no lift. Other than that, no complaints and would stay here again.
