The villa ( 1 king bedroom), is amazing.Large for just 2 of us. Every morning coffee and pastries left outside door. Staff very attentive and friendly. Everything clean. Beautiful pools. Food that is prepared is beautifully presented and very good! Free shuttles to sister property in Ixtapa. Million dollar views from every room , every restaurant, pool area. It is as relaxing as you want to make it.

WOW! We truly enjoyed our visit to this gem of a resort. I can't stress enough how kind and helpful everyone was, from the concierges to the waitstaff. It is a small resort with a lot of stairs, which gives every room and restaurant a fantastic view of the bay. The restaurants all had really good food options. We wished there was a coffee shop or any little shop to get snacks during the day. The gym could certainly use some improvement. But overall the room accommodations couldn't be beat. We were asked several times to come to their "welcome" breakfast, but being on the all inclusive plan, we didn't feel that was enough enticement for us to come listen to a timeshare sales talk. Overall this is a very quiet and laid-back resort with a few fun activities during the day. The whole town of Zihuatanejo is full of character and charm, great food, and great people. Thank you Carol, Paloma, Sergio, and Max for making our vacation wonderful. It was absolutely perfect for our family! We can't wait to come back.

Love our room and especially balcony. Beds comfortable and housekeeping keeps everything ship shape. Celebrated my birthday with gorgeous decorations and towel art. Grounds lovely too! Especially want to call out amazing staff from waiters and crew, housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, transportation and sales. Look forward all year for our annual visit.

Our home away from home. We have been enjoying Pacifica Grand for 15 years. For the most part we would rate it 10/10. However for the past few visits, we feel changes could be made. Offer Mexican fair in the restaurants for your foreign visitors. We are able to get most offerings in our own country of origin. Some Mexican flair would be great! The rooms are always clean and welcoming, however small fixes need to be done. Upgrade some of the cutlery/ food prep items ( 15 years old), the coffee carafes need replacing. We thank Pacifica Grand for our morning coffee and treat baskets , however, if a change was made, it would be appreciated. Maybe a croissant, fruit muffins along with traditional offerings. Also the coffee quality seems to change on a daily basis, more consistency in quality would be appreciated. After all Mexican coffee is the best when done right! On a less than delightful note, we smelled sewer gases on and off by the pool. Something I would hope will be addressed before our next visit. Offerings from the bar are pretty good, however, as a lot of Canadians come down, a choice of Canadian rye would be appreciated when on the all inclusive package. Crown Royal or Canadian Club to mention a couple of choices.

Truly a “Grand” experience. The resort is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay. Staff will make every effort to make you comfortable during your stay. Carolina saved the day for us when some laundry was left in the dryer! We’re already booked for next year

Exceptional service from the manager, transport, servers and housekeeping. We had a birthday celebration and they could not have accommodated us better. Cake, decorations, special pizzas made to order, plates delivered and cleanup. The service at Suspiro and LaVista was excellent, menu limited and the wine cost exorbitant .

We have owned a timeshare at Pacifica Grand since 2008. We love our home away from home and all our Pacifica family. All of the employees from management down to those you may never see are absolutely amazing and in my opinion make this resort the amazing place it is to us! As with any property of her age, our beautiful resort is in need of a little extra attention and tlc.

We had everything we needed at Pacifica Grand. Paloma and Carolina made sure all our needs were met and helped explain how things work at Pacifica Grand. We feel we had clear communication and a good understanding of our benefits there. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere was so much needed!

El lugar es muy tranquilo, no hay actividades escandalosas ni musicales fuerte, un hotel con hermosa vista, bastante privacidad, seguridad y buenas atenciones, la comida no es mala, no cuenta con playa ya que está en una montaña pero puedes bajar caminando más de 200 escaleras. Tenemos varios años viajando a Pacifica Grand y a Ixtapa, sin embargo no te recomiendo venir si alguien de tus acompañantes tiene poca movilidad (requiere de silla de ruedas) ya que dependes totalmente de vehículos que provee el hotel, es decir si hay mucha gente son vehículos escasos, y si hay poca gente puedes tener mejor suerte. Si no conoces este hotel son edificios con muchas escaleras, nuestra villa quedó al pie de calle, en esta pequeña calle pueden accesar únicamente vehículos pequeños ya que es muy angosta y tiene curvas, quiero decir que un vehículo grande se quedaría atorado, mencionan los trabajadores que ya ha pasado. Lamentablemente en este viaje no tuvimos mucha suerte cuando mi abuela comenzó a sangrar bastante de su nariz aproximadamente a las 11 de la noche y había cero vehículos disponibles para poder moverla a nuestra camioneta y así poder llevarla a un hospital. Sin hacer más largo el viento llegó el vehículo del hotel cuando conseguimos otro vehículo particular para transportarla a nuestra camioneta y logramos llevarla al hospital, gracias a Dios después de pasar la noche internada y dándola de alta regresamos a nuestra ciudad al día siguiente. Regrese con muy “mal sabor de boca”. Quiero mencionar que estos bellos hoteles son para gente bastante activa, si pacífica grand Zihuatanejo es complicado para la movilidad el de Ixtapa es imposible!. En el hotel de Ixtapa nos ha tocado subir a mi abuela sentada en silla de ruedas pero muchachos cargando la silla de ruedas. En fin no todos los hoteles son para toda la gente, ESTOS HOTELES NO SON APTOS PARA ADULTO MAYOR O PERSONAS EN SILLA DE RUEDAS.
