The service was excellent, and they even gave us some classic Belgian candy upon check-in, which was delicious! However, some rooms don't have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs ourselves. It's also a slight uphill walk of about 6-8 minutes from the metro station. But overall, it was a good stay.

The carpets in the room were dirty, they weren't cleaned or maintained. A dead fly was there when we checked in and was still there after 3 days. Apparently, room cleaning only involves making the bed and changing towels, which is something, at least. Bathroom: The toilet seat was dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was leaking. It was very inconvenient that the soap and shampoo came in bottles with screw caps. Also, there was only one bar of soap for one person, but there were three of us, which isn't very hygienic to share. The folding bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable; the room was big enough to dance in, not to sleep in. The soundproofing was also poor, and we could constantly hear the neighbors. The only positive thing I can highlight is the breakfast, but even that was repetitive.

Great location , right by the side road from Main Street. Metro is abt 200m away. Hotel staff is courteous. Room is decent size, good for 2 big luggage with enough space to move around. Aircon is great during summer, bed is nice to sleep in. All very functional, the only amnenity that did not work was hairdryer and only 1 power outlet by bedside for charging. Have to use the one next to to outlet hanging down to charge cell. Otherwise , all great and well done to hotel Argus !!

The hotel is close to metro station, easy to find. The room is wonderful, very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable (not as soft as other hotel). We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel. But just one expectation, we don’t know well how to use the microwave and washing machines in the room, it will be better if instruction provided.

We were very happy to visit this hotel with my girlfriend. Very friendly stuff, baggage storage and facilities. We had all that was written. ❤️

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated that day, and it brought tears to my eyes. There were heart-shaped decorations and flower petals on the bed, and a bottle of sparkling wine was provided. The decorations were also on the table and in the bathroom, which was very touching. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality of everyone at the hotel. This hotel was wonderful in every way, and we would love to stay here again next time. 結婚記念日で宿泊しました。 当日の部屋の中はとても素敵な飾り付けがされていて涙が溢れました。 ベットにはハート型の飾りと花弁があり、スパークリングワインが添えられていました。 飾りつけはテーブルやバスルームにもありとても感動しました。 Hotelの皆さんの温かいおもてなしに心から感謝します。 こちらのホテルはすべてにおいて素晴らしく、私たちは次回も宿泊したいと思っています。

Don’t let the 3 star classification fool you. If I was told that this was a four star hotel, I would not question it at all. It had such a warm and cozy feel to it starting from the lobby area and up to the room during my student was a medium size one since I was travel solo But if you’re traveling as a couple, you might wanna get a bigger room. Was very friendly and helpful, the room, and the general areas were very clean, and the location was amazing. I have not tried their breakfast as I wanted to discover nearby places. Another plus was that you could open all the windows in the room to get fresh air. This was extra helpful as they had no ac in September. If you prefer cold room to sleep in, this might not be the right one for you around this time. Brenda at the lobby is very nice and Brandon at the lobby is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay ay Hygge again.

The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels.

On the one hand, it's within walking distance of the city center, but on the other, there are many drawbacks... it's very noisy both from the window and from the hotel stairs when other guests return from partying at night. The room is strange: the mattress is under the bed, the top bunk is above the bathtub... it's okay for a night's stay, but nothing more. The price was attractive, but! If you arrive after 10 PM and don't book directly, contact the resource IN ADVANCE!!!! Otherwise, like me, you'll end up standing on the street, trying to get passersby to call the emergency number to find out how to get into the hotel after 10 PM... trip.com definitely doesn't take care of that in advance! We had very long conversations after I figured out the key card issue myself.

My favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!
