The hotel is close to metro station, easy to find. The room is wonderful, very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable (not as soft as other hotel). We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel.
But just one expectation, we don’t know well how to use the microwave and washing machines in the room, it will be better if instruction provided.
The carpets in the room were dirty, they weren't cleaned or maintained. A dead fly was there when we checked in and was still there after 3 days. Apparently, room cleaning only involves making the bed and changing towels, which is something, at least. Bathroom: The toilet seat was dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was leaking. It was very inconvenient that the soap and shampoo came in bottles with screw caps. Also, there was only one bar of soap for one person, but there were three of us, which isn't very hygienic to share. The folding bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable; the room was big enough to dance in, not to sleep in. The soundproofing was also poor, and we could constantly hear the neighbors. The only positive thing I can highlight is the breakfast, but even that was repetitive.
The hotel is very close to the attractions, all within walking distance. There's complimentary coffee and chocolate milk in the lobby and on every floor, which are delicious. The window offers a beautiful street view.
I booked king bed but they gave me 2 twin bed that i really dont like.
Hotel is quiet far the town and main train station. But very spacious room and toilet.
The location is very good, the stairs are narrow and the location is very convenient. The price is okay. Clean and hygienic. It is very convenient around, shopping is easy, very safe, there is access control
The overall decor felt very French, and the room was surprisingly spacious! Since we arrived early, the restaurant gave us a lovely table with a view. Although the hotel is in an upscale area, the surroundings felt a bit chaotic, with people lying on the streets everywhere, which was a little unsettling. However, once you stepped inside the hotel, all those worries vanished. Breakfast was very French, and very mediocre, with almost no vegetables – just a tiny bit of cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Nice hotel with attentive staff.
The room was pretty good.
The gym was basic but decent.
Shops nearby.
No fridge in the room, but the staff offered to store our food for us.
The food prices at the hotel are a bit high, but that's common in hotels.
The hotel was much better than expected. The location is excellent, the room isn't small, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room was clean and odor-free, and the front desk staff were great, giving us a room we were very happy with.
This hotel boasts a rather convenient location, allowing for a pleasant walk into the city center (if you're up for it!). The stroll itself is quite enjoyable, with numerous points of interest along the way. What's more, the immediate vicinity of the hotel is brimming with dining, drinking, and shopping options.
The rooms are generously sized, thoughtfully divided into distinct areas for the bathroom, dressing, sleeping, and even a kitchen, which is a definite plus.
However, one significant drawback is the hotel's parking facility. It is incredibly narrow, and unfortunately, my car suffered several scrapes as a result. Additionally, there's a daily parking fee of approximately €20.
Overall, while the hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms in a well-situated location with plenty of nearby amenities, the extremely tight parking situation is a considerable downside to be aware of.
On the one hand, it's within walking distance of the city center, but on the other, there are many drawbacks... it's very noisy both from the window and from the hotel stairs when other guests return from partying at night. The room is strange: the mattress is under the bed, the top bunk is above the bathtub... it's okay for a night's stay, but nothing more. The price was attractive, but! If you arrive after 10 PM and don't book directly, contact the resource IN ADVANCE!!!! Otherwise, like me, you'll end up standing on the street, trying to get passersby to call the emergency number to find out how to get into the hotel after 10 PM... trip.com definitely doesn't take care of that in advance! We had very long conversations after I figured out the key card issue myself.
