・部屋は清潔感ある
【注意点】
・チェックイン時にアメニティや浴場などの説明が一切無かった
・浴室の脱衣所が狭い
・エレベーター横にある部屋着のサイズがわからない
・コンビニがやや遠い
・壁が薄いのか隣室の音が聞こえた
【総評】
いわき駅から徒歩5分程度の立地にあるビジネスホテル。

房間稍小，屬於套間的形式。入住還算便利，前台有一位男士會中文，但僅限於簡單的交流。乾淨衞生，洗漱用品也配套齊全。停車場有點遠，不是太方便尋找。

The room was very clean, there was a large public bath (although it was a little small), and I was able to relax with a welcome drink.
There are no convenience stores or supermarkets in the area, so if you plan to drink in your room, I recommend shopping around the station. There are several taverns nearby.
