The location is nice, facing the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful and friendly. They let us leave our bags after we checked out due to our flight time. The breakfast is okay. Normal Turkish breakfast. The room is small but clean. Toilet is clean and quite huge. Iron is available upon request.

The room is not a very formal hotel, a bit like a domestic inn. Some unhappiness happened before check-in, calls were hung up, and emails were not returned. Solved it through Ctrip. Roughly, the two sofa beds that can sleep three people are actually single sofas. I don't know if this is caused by different understandings at home and abroad. I regret that I forgot to tip the little brother who helped me with my luggage when I checked in. We only stayed for one day, the breakfast is simple but cozy. The surrounding area is very convenient, and the nearby restaurants are slightly more expensive, similar to domestic five-star hotels, about 25 yuan for a bottle of Coke. Some restaurants may charge additional service charges. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in the old town, only 10min walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and many eateries. The hotel staff is extremely cordial and helpful and makes my stay pleasant and homely. The room is small but cosy. The breakfast is impressive and delicious. The roof balcony is an added bonus to the hotel which has a beautiful view of the ocean and the skyline of mosques. I will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous hotel right in the centre of the old town - 15 min walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good (although they should provide netting to stop seagulls coming in and eating breakfast of tables at the window!)

What a fantastic hotel in a great location . Near the blue mosque and grand bazaar both within walking distance . Bed was comfortable and room a decent size . Staff were very helpful and a quick response when something needed . Lots of places to eat nearby around the surrounding streets & a good breakfast provided by the hotel with good selection of cold and hot options .

Before I left, I saw someone comment that the room had bed bugs, and I was thinking about changing hotels temporarily, but I didn't do so in the end - it turned out to be correct, because I didn't encounter any unpleasant insects in the room. In addition, Ctrip's booking tips said ”the hotel has no front desk service” and ”need to contact in advance to check in”. Ctrip and I tried to contact the hotel many times in succession to no avail, but fortunately, the hotel actually has a front desk service, and it doesn't seem to need to contact in advance (after all, we couldn't contact it all the time). The hotel is next to the Hagia Sophia, and the room faces the Bosphorus, where seagulls fly, which is very pleasant. When checking in, a handsome waiter helped with the luggage at the hotel, and I was very grateful to him (when he was carrying the luggage, I was still worried that I didn't have cash to pay the tip, but fortunately he didn't ask for a tip in the end, but he was very friendly and explained the precautions). Because the hotel needed to clean the room, I didn't get the opportunity to check in early, but I could store my luggage and sit down and rest in the terrace restaurant. Overall, it was very good, but the only drawback was that the curtains in the room were a little light-transmitting, and it was a little difficult to pull the curtains. In addition, when locking/unlocking the patio door, you need to lift the door handle upwards and turn the key at the same time.

Amazing place to stay in with excellent service and close by historical tourist places as well as food. Special thanks go to the front desk staff who provided high standard customer services and offered guidance and advices throughout our stay. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

The room is very old. There are many restaurants and bars around and it is very noisy. However, the location is very good. You can walk directly to many attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Dopkapi Palace. It is also very close to the seaside. The front desk is also very friendly. , the price of the restaurant next to it is exaggerated.
