Hotels in Kucukcekmec, Istanbul

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.

Room was a bit small but clean. Very disappointed in amenities because no kettle and no tea coffee or water in the room only bathroom water.

It was my first time visiting, and it was super nice. Almost everyone was polite...I enjoy my stay, and I will be back again. It is fully recommended.. Thank you

The room is large in size and the facilities are good. It is late at night. We are still waiting for us to register. I didn’t expect this hotel in Turkey to be the best experience. It is much better than the star hotel.

The hotel staff are very welcoming. There is a Turkish restaurant directly opposite the hotel, and you can also find a larger shopping mall nearby. And this hotel is not very far from Istanbul New Airport. All in all, this is a very good value for money hotel.

The room is large, with disposable slippers, although of poor quality, a kettle, a table and chairs, and a sofa. The transportation is very convenient, 50 minutes from the airport. The breakfast is very rich.

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

We were staying on the 5th floor a non smoking room/level and people smoke all the time, we complained several times the best they can offer is move you to another room Rooms and corridors smell bad from sewage, we complained, they came and sprayed something to lessen the bad smell, but it didn’t work well. Lighting system inside the room need an update for sure. The staff is pleasant and helpful but the hotel is old and renovation. We have got a very good deal almost 50% off The concierge person is very helpful, he tried to offer a good rate.

The room is a little old, and the desk is not very convenient for working. There are too few types of breakfast, and they don't change much. I basically eat the same thing every day.
