This hotel is beautiful great value for money. The food at the restaurant is good and good price. The bed is soooo comfy and big. We had an amazing time. Will definitely come back

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

The room is large, with disposable slippers, although of poor quality, a kettle, a table and chairs, and a sofa. The transportation is very convenient, 50 minutes from the airport. The breakfast is very rich.

The room is compact but clean,quiet.People are very kind and friendly.But it's far away from the street.

We were staying on the 5th floor a non smoking room/level and people smoke all the time, we complained several times the best they can offer is move you to another room Rooms and corridors smell bad from sewage, we complained, they came and sprayed something to lessen the bad smell, but it didn’t work well. Lighting system inside the room need an update for sure. The staff is pleasant and helpful but the hotel is old and renovation. We have got a very good deal almost 50% off The concierge person is very helpful, he tried to offer a good rate.

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.

The location isn't easy to find, it's on a small street near the Istanbul mall. You can buy all kinds of things in the shopping mall. The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good

Warm welcome, pleasant room with all the amenities: hair dryer, empty fridge, Turkish TV channel, very good room service as soon as you have a problem they are there for you, too bad no breakfast package, otherwise for small budgets 👍 🏾👍🏾

Good but room very small

Room cleaning is very good, staff are self-sacrificing. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is no dining facility at the hotel. There are suitable places to eat in the back streets of the hotel. For more dining opportunities, you can increase your options by going to Şirinevler after two stops by metrobus. Metrobus stop is right in front of the hotel.
