It is a very nice hotel. The Executive Lounge and the Rooftop Bar are on the highest Floor where you have a fantastic View of the Bosphorus and can enjoy delicious Food. Our Room was very large and very clean. When we arrived there was a Fruit Basket, different Variations of Chocolate and a Bottle of Wine served on our Table even though we don't drink Alcohol i found it very accommodating. The Breakfast is wonderful and there are many different flavors. The Coffee was unfortunately not good so I drank Çay. You can walk 10-15 Minutes and then you will pass various small Cafés, Supermarktes and Restaurants.
I recommend this Hotel because it’s worth a Visit
!
We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

A wonderful experience, very happy. The breakfast was very rich, and I tried Turkish breakfast classics and world cuisine. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Dinner was at Çirağan Palace, where I tasted Turkish classic food and drinks. I was very happy and completed an oil painting by the sea: ”Strait”.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe stay at the Bosphorus Four seasons was awesome, particularly the service at the hotel’s restaurant and the arranged tour. The concierge was really friendly too! The below is a photo of the food at aqua (hotel’s restaurant)
YYouniThe room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy
GGuest UserThe view from the hotel room is very good (deluxe room with sea view). The pool, sauna and steam room were nice. Although the 212 restaurant on the roof floor was a bit expensive, it was close to perfect in terms of atmosphere, view, service and food. On our last day, we had dinner at the lobby bar, it was also very successful, the service was also very good, especially many thanks to Ms. Sinem, for her friendliness and professionalism. We will use the same hotel again on our next visit, we were really pleased.
GGuest UserOverall, it's okay. I have a few feelings that I want to share. The hotel is not big and there are no supporting facilities. The lobby bar, restaurant, and terrace are connected together, and the space is not large, and there is no signboard, but when we planned to have breakfast in the lobby bar, the restaurant manager asked us to sit back in the restaurant. The service attitude of the restaurant waiters was very good. The water temperature in the guest room is very unstable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot, especially when taking a shower. I am the engineering director of a five-star hotel. I wanted to check their water supply system. I mentioned it to the restaurant manager. Requested, but got no reply with permission. The sanitation of the guest room is average, the faucet was not wiped clean, I cleaned it myself (see picture). One call in the morning after running out of shower gel and two calls in the evening to get it delivered.
GGuest UserI am a travel professional and a big part of my job is to assess hotels and tourist venues, so I fully understand that the success of a hotel is much linked to guest expectations are managed and hence my detail comments. This hotel is a new and beautiful hotel tucked on a hill in the lovely Ortaköy town at only 20 minutes by bus from Beşiktaş station. Guest need to understand that the hotel is located in an area away from Tourist crowds so getting around by taxi or car is ideal, unless you don't mind the asteep 400 mts walk from the town centre which on the way down is actually a nice leusurely walk.. I highly recommend the rooms with a view but all guests will have unique opportunities for selfies and photos with the spectacular view from the toplevel terrace. Please note that there is no lift so if you are looking for a one night stay with heavy luggage this may not be your best option. For me particularly, the stairs were us was not an issue as we had a long stay and the reception helped with luggage handling. The manager Mr. Hakan has gone out of his way to ensure we have an enjoyable stay and has been one of the most hospitable hosts I have experienced in Turkey during the last 10 years I have been visiting here. So, I highly recommend Class Hotel Bosphorus for those discerning and independent travellers who are looking for a value hotel for long stay (3 nights or more) with lovely spacious rooms and an outstanding view of Istanbul city and the Bosphorus river.
