The location is very good, right in the old town. The cleaning lady is very nice and considerate! The old town is right outside, and the B1 and T1 lines are next to it. The breakfast is rich!

We were here for 2 nights and when we thought we couldn’t get more impressed with the quality of the service and amenities here, they keep on surprising us with their attention to detail to ensure we had a great experience in the hotel. They greet us with cay and lokum and I personally like the clean room with the rustic ambience. I have no complaints about this place at all.

The location is in the old city and close to most attractions. I stayed in Istanbul for two days and almost didn't use transportation. I only had to walk to the attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help guests. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also very rich.

The lobby is small, but the room is OK and very clean. The lunch room that includes breakfast does good food for lunch and dinner. It doesn't feel like locals, but we all like it. The most important thing is the location of the hotel. In the old city, it is less than 1 kilometer away from the Archaeological Museum, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern, and just walk along the tramway. In short, I will stay again next time I come.

Room size is great and the double beds are comfortable. Breakfast spread is great. However, didn’t get a good view from our room. Infact horrible view - facing another building. Location is great. Convenience store opposite, dining options and souvenir shops. Walking distance to Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque.

I am so lucky to find such a treasure shop in the center of Istanbul, Turkey.In this beautiful city, this store is not obvious, but its surprise is the biggest.The equipment inside is complete and the service is thoughtful.Because we chose this place for the convenience of transportation, there are trams not far from the hotel and scenic spots within 500 meters of Fiona Fang. It is simply preferred.Don't worry about his equipment and service, it's impeccable.

Amazing service from Trip. From web chat to app updates on flights and status. The booking process was simple. I did both hotel and flights. I knew which one I wanted to book and it was the cheapest on Trip. I stayed at Yasmak SUltan hotel. Ideal location and service. Can’t fault the stay, flights or location. (Pegasus is very basic but if you’ve flown with easyJet or RyanAir then you’ll know)

Excellent hotel, very good hospitality from the receptionists. They were so kind and helpful, suggested us the best food restaurants, helped us to plan the day accordingly. Any day I would suggest for this hotel and 5/5 for the receptionists 100% genuine people. Thank you.

This is a very nice hotel located in the middle of the Sultanahmet area. It is close to many of the sites within walking distance including the Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Cistern Basilica, The Blue Mosque, Hague Sophia, tram station, many historical hammams and wonderful restaurants! The front desk staff was very professional, accommodating, and informative. They greet you every morning & evening and always have a smile on their face! If you include breakfast with your stay, it's on the top floor, and there's a beautiful view. The spread of food is hot and cold, and I ate very well every morning! They served different hot foods everyday which was nice... from fluffy eggs to potatoes, Turkish sausage, chicken sausage, etc. There's also a nice variety of cereals, yogurt with honey, assorted mezze dips, olives, pickled vegetables, fruit, pastries along with juice, coffee and tea. The restaurant staff was also very professional and friendly, and they were quick to clear plates and replenish dishes. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again! ------------------------ One thing to note... I was traveling by myself and arrived by an airport transfer that I arranged. However, I would suggest that you book it through the hotel at $45€ cash, and here's why... The hotel is located on a popular street in which the tram runs along. No cars or taxis are allowed on the street, so it can be difficult. The driver who is unfamiliar with the hotel will drop you at the corner of the main street, which can be approximately two blocks. Depending on how much stuff you have, you will need to carry or roll your luggage across uneven cobblestones and/or very narrow sidewalks. I have a slightly immobile knee, and had a hard time rolling my luggage while looking behind me to see if a tram was coming, and there were lots of tourists walking on the sidewalks which didn't make it any easier. If you hire the hotel airport transfers, they will know where to drop you off and have the hotel staff ready to escort you and your luggage to the hotel. On my departure to the airport, the hotel arranged my airport transfer, and it was so easy. They have a secret spot where they park, and the hotel staff helped me to the van.

The biggest advantage is that it is new and the service is very friendly; the location is OK; but the room facilities are really average, the wash basin countertop is very narrow and small, and there is very little hot water. There is no hot water for brushing teeth and washing face. The tables in the room and bathroom are very narrow and small. Our belongings are basically placed on the floor. There is a small round stool in the room, and we fell down twice when sitting on it. In general, the decoration and quality of supplies in the room are very average, and the facilities and equipment are not very good.
