There is a kebab shop accross the road from the hotel that serves the best chicken kebab in Istanbul. The kebab shop sells freshly squeezed pomegranate juice.

Very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff no matter at the reception, concierge, breakfast and room cleaning.
Convenient located within the old town directly opposite a beautiful mosque and within 20 minutes walk to the blue mosque and all the other major sites.
We were very happy and will for sure book the Ramada Plaza again next time we stay in Istanbul!
I am from South Korea. This trip is my 5 times visit to Istanbul .Whenever I stay ,I prefer changing to staying in one hotel. That's because I wanna experience different hotel mood.

We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and functional.
Thanks to Mohamed and Rita for the warm welcome! They were very available and pleasant towards us
The hotel is located in a quiet area of Laleli in Istanbul.
Considered a small local hotel but nicely modern decorated.
Room was very small for one person.
Bed and pillows were great.
Breakfast was acceptable.
Front desk guy was excellent
Great location, excellent breakfast and amenities. I stayed six nights (between 22 and 28th Jan 2024 in Room 406), and Muracettin and the team, including Hilal, especially ever smiling, Gigdem ensured our day started well at the breakfast.
Daily housekeeping was done to a good standard, thus returning to the hotel every day after busy exploration and shopping was always pleasant. Fatih and his colleagues, including Kamel at the reception, were readily available to provide assistance or any information required and were truly helpful.
In terms of main attractions, say the very end of Sultanahmet, where the Blue mosque and the likes of Hagia Sophia is about 25 - 30 min walk. Notably, the hotel is so close to the main shopping district of the old city of Istanbul, including the vibrant grand bazaar and hundreds of wholesale and retail outlets. Hotel's restaurant provides handful choices, I tried the 3 course menu for 450 (Lira), which was quite reasonable.
If I need to be so critical, I would urge the hotel to consider upgrading the bathroom outlook. Otherwise, everything in there is perfect and in full working order.
The city view from my room, especially the minerat of Kamal Pasa mosque and the azan (call for prayers) for me was so heart touching and sentimental. For the first time in many years, I felt so emotional to leave this place, thanks for the team who showed so much of love and care.
There is a health club within the hotel where all types of massages including hammam (payable) and sona (free), are available.
I wouldn't choose anywhere else on my trips to Istanbul!
It was close to the Grand Bazaar, very tasty food in the restaurant downstairs, the swimming pool was unfortunately a bit small, very tasty breakfast buffet and enough choice, the staff was also very nice and friendly. I really liked it and can only recommend it
A stay at Hotel Büyük Şehzade places you in the heart of Istanbul, within a 15-minute walk of Grand Bazaar and Süleymaniye Mosque. This hotel is 1.8 mi (2.8 km) from Sultanahmet Square and 1.9 mi (3 km) from Bosphorus.
At Hotel Büyük Şehzade, enjoy a satisfying meal at the restaurant. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Make yourself at home in one of the 48 air-conditioned rooms featuring LED televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature designer toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very good. Perfect location. Only few blocks to metro and the main attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Highly recommended. I will stay again.

GGuest UserPerfect stay in Istanbul, clean and spacious room. All staff very helpful and friendly. Room rate is really good too. What would you ask more? :-) recommended to anyone 😉
袁袁The location is very good. It is in the center of the old city. It is not far from the subway and the light rail. The service staff is very good. The enthusiasm is that the room is very small and the sound insulation is poor. But this price is also acceptable.
GGuest UserIt is within walking distance from the airport bus stop and close to the tram Axalai station. You can also go to the blue mosque after a walk. The location is very good. This means you need to be prepared for some noise.
Not a barrier free hotel. First of all, the entrance to the front desk is the stairs. In addition, my room was on the second floor but it was a floor without elevator. So it was a long time to carry a suitcase. There is an elevator on the second floor depending on the location. It is made a little different. The hot water was good. There was no water clog in the shower room.
Breakfast was satisfactory for me. Common style in Turkish hotels, buffet, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt, boiled *, cheese, ham, etc. I stayed for a long time but it is the same menu.
Cleaning was done every day, but linens such as sheets were not replaced. Towels are subtle. It is not so squeezed, so it is not like it is not.
Stuart was not so friendly, but only the youngest young man felt very good.
Check-in, check-out, luggage storage, etc. were smooth.
If you like the idea of sampling local flavors while traveling, consider staying at
Galley Hotel, Edition Old City Hotel and Antique Hostel
