Welcoming and professional staff, very clean and pleasantly new room, the only downside is the size of the rooms, but as they are made for sleeping and not playing tennis, it suits me very well, especially when you see that 90% of hotels in Istanbul are not refreshed and lack hygiene, I can say loud and clear that this hotel is NICKEL CHROME
Great hotel! The location is fantastic: metro and tram stops are very close, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, and restaurants. Getting from the metro with luggage was easy, with no hills or steep paths. The staff were polite. Good breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning in the room. Excellent soundproofing when the windows were closed (the area isn't generally noisy, but delivery trucks for nearby shops do start early in the morning).

Great location near to the landmarks, underground and tram. The staff were nice, helpful and patient for my questions. The delicated breakfast without many choices. It would be better to heat the bread enough. But you can enjoy a great city view when you have breakfast. The hotel is in clean and comfortable facilities. Gym room is not available anymore. We were satisfied with the hotel and services. I recommend it.

Quite a convenient location for tourists to explore the European side of Istanbul. Reception staff are able to speak fluent English which is a big plus. The room facing the street could be noisy so bring along earplugs to mitigate the noise pollution.
Breakfast options are decent no complaints for the price paid
Location is perfect
The building is an old building, cleanliness is good enough within the means,
The employees are sincere and helpful. Good communication skills,
Service opportunities are limited, but everything you want can be found in the location.
Opportunities are limited,
There is a parking problem. Stationed in the street,
The breakfast room can be made more effective, and breakfast content and presentation can be improved.
An organization that generally deserves 4.5 out of 5 in its segment.

GGuest UserWe got to the hotel after midnight and was told that the room is flooded and no other room available for now. We were sent to a different hotel and told that they would have a room for us in the morning. They sent us from Crowne Plaza to Ramada (an outrageous downgrade). We slept a few hours at Ramada and checked out and returned to the front desk of Crowne Plaza. The lady at the front desk told us that there were still no room for us and we had to go back to the Ramada again. We told her we would like to speak to her manager, and she said she is the manager. I told her that the arrangement is not acceptable. Finally, she said that a room would be available in 20 minutes. What a ridiculous experience!
Good location, breakfast, clean, didn't like the staff, on breakfast it is necessary to persuade that the plaster is baked, on the resepe refused to help
GGuest UserRest with a friend from 26.10-04.11. Excellent hotel, excellent location, until the tram stop 3 minutes (Laleli). Breakfasts are standard, uniform (sup, eggs, omlet, olive oils, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, salads, lots of baking, always were favorite simites) all very delicious. Eat, enough until late lunch. In the safe room, the towels changed every day. There is no teapot, but I learned about it later, I did not carefully read the full description. The shirts were perfectly free for us without problems. Access from the airport is very convenient on the bus Havaist(355 lira on Istanbulkrte) time in the 50-minute journey. Then 1 stop on T1 tram. Or 15 minutes walk. The most advantageous exchange rate is in Laleli($100-4200 lira)
GGuest UserPerfect stay in Istanbul, clean and spacious room. All staff very helpful and friendly. Room rate is really good too. What would you ask more? :-) recommended to anyone 😉
GGuest UserGood location for business and airport transfer
The breakfast leaves much to be desired, not much 🤪the elevator is too noisy, especially when your room is next to it.
GGuest UserIt is within walking distance from the airport bus stop and close to the tram Axalai station. You can also go to the blue mosque after a walk. The location is very good. This means you need to be prepared for some noise.
Not a barrier free hotel. First of all, the entrance to the front desk is the stairs. In addition, my room was on the second floor but it was a floor without elevator. So it was a long time to carry a suitcase. There is an elevator on the second floor depending on the location. It is made a little different. The hot water was good. There was no water clog in the shower room.
Breakfast was satisfactory for me. Common style in Turkish hotels, buffet, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt, boiled *, cheese, ham, etc. I stayed for a long time but it is the same menu.
Cleaning was done every day, but linens such as sheets were not replaced. Towels are subtle. It is not so squeezed, so it is not like it is not.
Stuart was not so friendly, but only the youngest young man felt very good.
Check-in, check-out, luggage storage, etc. were smooth.
GGuest UserThe hotel president or the official, an old man, Ashib Ras, interferes with the inhabitants with a kind of racism towards the Arabs.
The rest of the staff, especially the morning kitchen for breakfast, and the reception is very, very good.
