Strategic location, near to the metro. Staff there basically don’t really smile. Room kinda small. To Asians: take note that the air conditioner is warm air not cold air
I love the location and the fact that there's a cafe in the lobby and a restaurant on the top floor with great tasting food and drinks. The staff are exceptional and have been very attentive to my concerns and questions. In the basement are ancient ruins and artifacts that are from the Ottoman empire and the Byzantine empire. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers or couples.
Location is perfect to go to the most touristic places (Santa Sophia, Sulthanamed, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterna, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazar) 15 to 20 minutes away. The hotel is kind of old but it is well maintained and everybody was very kind and helpful.
Very Good

Mixed feelings. The quality of the room matches the price, clean, tidy, everything is good.
The staff is not friendly, at 7 am the cleaning lady came into the room waking us up. The spa seems to be not bad, quite cozy. But it was terribly smoky, the staff themselves smoke there, so the stench is terrible, the pool with very cold water, they said that only for dipping, although this is not true. We were sitting in the sauna, an employee came in with shoes poured menthol on the stones, did not ask us. Our eyes almost popped out. The breakfast seemed meager compared to another hotel, there were no hot dishes, omelettes, but in general there was something to eat. In general, it seemed not bad, in particular, the service could be improved. Well, and a great view from the restaurant on the 6th floor.
Good choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul. Located in the heart of the Old City, just a short walk from many of the city's most popular attractions, such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace.
The hotel is in a very good location, right in the old city of Istanbul, next to the bus station and supermarket. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. It is just that you need to transfer to the subway, which may be troublesome if you have a suitcase
Hotel located in a very friendly area in reception, is in good location two minutes from the Grand Bazar. Don't hesitate to ask the two boys at reception always resolve you recommend breakfast they take you to the terrace and the best they have a free tea and coffee machine at reception don't hesitate to visit them
I stayed at design hotel for 3 days. The wonderful experience which I had in that hotel will stay a life time with me. My trip to turkey was very unexpected and last minute as I arrived to Istanbul airport for the first time and being clueless having a cold and a fever I decided to call hotel When I called them they guided me very well how to get to the hotel, and as I got there I was warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist anil During My stay I was receiving a great care and attention from the staff and they made sure that I’m comfortable at my room. It felt that I was staying with family not just in a random hotel. On my last day of stay it truly felt that I’m leaving my family’s not hotel staff. The hotel is very cozy and beautiful, and it is located in a very nice area and close to everything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very well set, fresh and delicious. If you are looking for a clean and cozy hotel with friendly and professional staff I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and special care”
Hotel Niles is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has a very warm and cozy feeling throughout. The decor was beautiful and breakfast at the terrace was just an amazing start to the day. Beautiful views and just a few minutes walk from the grand bazaar. We walked everywhere as everything was close by.
A huge thank you to all the staff especially Mr Halil and the lovely gentlemen at reception who checked us out and helped us with our airport transfer issues. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Will definitely be visiting again.
Great location, near to hagia sophia, grand bazaar etc. Good place for tourists. Breakfast is excellent with delicious spread,, with verities of cheese.

Outstanding
TTROFIMOVA NADEZHDAEverything is great. The rooms are small but the location is convenient and the staff is very helpful. I recommend it!
MMariya94Our trip to Istanbul began with a canceled plane flight, and then with endless delays, and we arrived late at night. And even despite the late night, we were warmly welcomed at the hotel, and the next morning they offered to clean the room, a very high level of customer focus!) The reception was very friendly and always helped and answered questions. As for the room, you really feel at home there. Comfortable bed, mirror, kettle, cutlery, cups, air conditioning, towels, slippers, a drawer containing brochures with interesting places and excursions, stable wi-fi and TV with internet (you can watch your favorite shows on YouTube while lying under the air conditioning😁). Everything is clean and fresh! The sanitary unit deserves special praise! Everything is new and clean, and there are no problems with hot water. A bonus in our room was the view of the sea. In general, if you are looking for a cozy and inexpensive hotel, then PEKER is a great option. There is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes nearby and the tram stop is no more than 10 minutes walk. I hope this review will help you make a choice in favor of this hotel and you won’t regret it! And what’s also good is that everyone speaks Russian quite well. This greatly simplified some aspects, such as how to take things to the laundry, etc. We will definitely return to this incredibly beautiful city and will most likely stay in this hotel. 10 out of 10 for price and quality!
GGuest UserThere is a big park right next door, there are many cheap restaurants, marts, fruit shops, and close to metro and tram.
Hotel bedding is clean.
It was a pity that there was no refrigerator.
There was noise around, so I couldn't open the door.
Generally satisfied.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are small and exquisite, relatively new, and the facilities are very new. It is very clean and comfortable. There is also a small balcony on the fourth floor, which is also very comfortable and clean.
The highlight is the breakfast, which is very rich, and the service staff is very exquisite. The hygiene level is very good, and the food is cleaned up immediately after eating.
The overall evaluation of this hotel is very good, and it is highly recommended.
AAlvaThe experience was great. Staff was super helpful and passionate. They even gave us leaflets about attractions and tours nearby with detailed explanations. Would recommend!!
GGuest UserIt was a nice hotel with everything, from the breakfast to the location, we really liked it. Trip.com provided a lot of support during this process. Thank you trip.com.
AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room that we got was clean, comfortable and spacious for two person. Bathroom was clean though can be improved, hot and cold shower was working well with excellent water pressure.
They provided daily housekeeping which we really appreciate and and they also have lift to make life easier. Iron was also provided upon request.
Location is great, close to eateries, coffee shop, laundry and take 15-20 minutes walking to Blue Mosque (and will need you to go through the Arasta Bazar which is good if you feel like shopping or just window-shopping!) But beware the hotel is located at hilly street so you might want to consider if you're bringing big luggages and you're taking the public transport. Nearest tramvay station is Beyazit, which is around 10-15 minutes walk and you'll pass by shops, eateries, and lines of shoe-selling/manufacturing shops (I find this particularly interesting). Just to add, one of the Grand Bazar entrance is also close to Beyazit tramvay.
To Lika Hotel, keep up the excellent service, hope to stay here again next time!
Also will be good if you could provide free tea bags/bottled water in the room, if it's not too much to ask 😁
AAlexClean and family friendly small hotel near the Grand Bazaar. Within walking distance there are many national restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. Very friendly and courteous staff. We are ready to give good advice. I recommend to all.
BBert Van Der SprongIt is a not too big hotel 10 min walk to the old town.
Despite the building being old and authentic.
Friendly and helpful employees.
Good beds which we find very important.
And a great breakfast that will give you enough energy to explore Istanbul.
The price and quality ratio is excellent.
Keep it up....
GGuest UserIts a walking distance to grand baazar and metro station, a few shop for us to buy food and drink. Its just a toilet sink leaking. Staff are all friendly. They have hairdryer in room.
