Hotels in Kadikoy, Istanbul

I can't say I stay in a proper Hotel. This hotel holds the name of the Hilton but it was a terrible experience. The first problem is the bathroom. Shower equipment was broken, it was very hard to maintain the water temperature and pressure. The design of the bathtubs-shower combination was horrible. You need to step up into the bath tube and it is so dangerous. The breakfast was very good but the coffee and tea were terrific. A good hotel can't buy an automatic espresso machine. They were serving low quality instant coffee. And I couldn't even drink a proper Turkish tea. Location is not bad and the city view was avarage.

Buem hotel Kosuyolu is really nice hotel ok the anatolyan side. Compared with the last time we were there the service on the breakfast was a bit better. Really happy overall with the hotel. It is really clean, the only thing that we had a problem with was the fact that we’ve received a room with two bads and we asked for a room with a king size bed, but they did not have any available.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Khalkedon Suites during our trip to Istanbul and loved the place. First of all, the location is really good. It is in the Kadıköy district, with convenient transportation around. It is just a few steps to the bus or subway station, and it is also convenient to take the ferry to the European district. We usually go to tourist attractions easily, just take the subway or ferry. There are many places worth visiting nearby, such as: • The Moda district has a very literary atmosphere, with many cafes, bookstores and seaside trails. We go there almost every day. • Kadikoy Market has many authentic restaurants, snack bars and fruit and vegetable stalls. It is full of life and it is very pleasant to eat and stroll around. • If you take a boat from the pier to the European area, it is also very convenient to go to places like Sultanahmet Square (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace), and the boat ride takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is newly renovated, the overall style is very warm, and it feels very comfortable to live in. What satisfied us most was that there was a kitchen in the room, so we could cook something ourselves, which was very practical for couples like us who occasionally didn't want to go out for dinner. The overall facilities are very new and convenient to use. The service staff was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, which made us feel at ease. The entire stay was a smooth experience. Overall, it was a great stay, perfect for couples or people who want a quiet, convenient, ”home” place. If we come to Istanbul again in the future, we will definitely choose here again!

Let's start with the pros: good location in the Kadikoy area, right on the street along which the T3 tram runs. We had a room with a terrace and a view. And here's something, and the view really was - the tiled roofs of the Kadikoy area, seagulls, the Bosphorus - all this is literally 11 out of 10! The room itself is very well designed - a large area and logical layout, a terrace again. But the condition of the room is just a C - the wall in the bathroom is slightly broken, probably because a pipe inside the tiled walls was leaking, and there was no other way to reach it. The shower screen is attached as if on the wrong side (not where the water is, but on the opposite side), the curtains are falling off the hooks, the terrace furniture has fabric cushions, and in some places on these cushions there are traces of seagull poop. On the second night, the hot water in the shower ran out (it was flowing, but not hot). We thought it was the boiler and the water had run out - but it never heated up from night until morning. Overall, a very good location, and a slightly run-down state of a good room, which is simply looked after in a slipshod manner.

This Holiday Inn hotel is in its best standards. Breakfast is highly recommended with a lot of local Turkish food.

We used this place as a stopover in between two Istanbul airports. The location is super convenient, near the metro and boats. Room was qute spacious and warm. There was a kettle and water. Two minor things: the electric cord of the hairdrier looked very unsafe. I was afraid to get an electric shock. And in the evening there was a strong food smell from the outside - kitchen probably. But otherwise, a nice hotel, we will be back.

Advantages, great location Close to all sizes of brands, suitable for shopping, serving Turkish style is very warm. Disadvantages, the room quilt is stuck with some flying bats, it feels not too good, the quilt is a little hard and uncomfortable, the house facilities are quite old, the balcony door is not locked, and the safety of a girl alone will be insufficient, due to the proximity to the shopping street. Sleeping at night is inevitably a bit noisy, like a quiet little friend needs to think twice. The hotel does not provide breakfast, it can be eaten nearby, it is very suitable for bringing children, the room is big enough

The location is good, the seaview is great,you can walk along the seaside (very quiet and beautiful scenary)! The service is overall good, and the yongman named Mathew at the concierge desk is great, he is very warm and helpful! We really appreciate his helps. We will come back, if we visit Turkey again.

The hotel location is very good, being situated in a busy part of Kadikoy. Having said that, the room was still very quiet, which was great. The surrounding area has a huge amount of shops and places to eat. It is approx. 10 min walk from the ferry terminal and metro station that allow access to all parts of Istanbul. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I paid in advance for 2 nights as I had to check in at 8am on the 2nd day. Considering my booking started the night before, I arrived at the hotel after a long flight, expecting to be able to check in immediately. It ticked me off that the hotel has not prepared my room when I arrived. I was informed to wait for an hour for them to clean. They first blamed me for not telling them that I was checking in late even though I've already paid for the night before 2 weeks in advance. They only apologized when my face started to show annoyance. Granted, they offered to transfer me to another hotel which is around 15min away, but I declined as it was older. While cleanliness passes the basic checks, the walls are very thin and I could hear a couple doing the deed very loudly (I can still remember the woman ******* like nobody's business and it disturbs me). Not suitable for families with children.
