Istanbul Fatih Hotels

Very nice hotel with a perfect location. Located in Beyazit district of old Istanbul along the tramway. However its a moderate crowded area, which is much cleaner place than if you go higher to Sultanahmet, Taksim and other areas. Metro station and Havaist airport shittle bus stations are 10-15 min walking distance. Rooms were clean and new. The only downside of basic economy rooms is that only one small window facing the wall. In our case we got upgraded room on the second day as a Trip.com Diamond user privilege. Breakfasts were also good. Reception staff used to be friendly and supportive. There’re Starbucks inside the hotel and exchange office with much better rates than higher along the central street.

It's a bit of a walk from the nearest public transport and it's in the city so walking around at night can be a bit unsettling, but the room was very clean and of a very high standard, and they even provided a sewing kit and conditioner, which was nice.

We had a 5 star experience at the Hampton by Hilton Old City. ⭐️ As always, the service was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us on every level. ⭐️ The room was perfect and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed, and it was promptly cleaned daily. ⭐️ Buffet was filled with a good variety of fresh, delicious foods. ⭐️ The location is great, not too noisy but central. We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants from the hotel. ⭐️ The hotel has a modern and gym and nice workspaces in the lobby. Keep up the excellence, guys🤩

The hotel is ok, it's a little bit far from the tram stop, it was not an easy task to find it. In general: a rather big swimming pool, a wide variety of food at breakfast, spacious rooms, nice and clean sheets, everything you need in the room even beer opener, there is a nice restaurant but we didn't have dinner there. If you want to buy snacks or fruits, buy souvenirs or essential items, you have to go back to tram stop, cross the street and go straight on through the narrow streets. Anyway, we've chosen this hotel only because of the swimming pool and we were satisfied with our choice.

Amenities: Shampoo, shower gel, and soap were provided. No toothbrushes or tissues. Bed: It was hard and pipe-like, making it difficult to sleep. My body was aching. The service was good for the price, and the location was great. (Although there are many hills) The staff were very kind and wonderful. ♡ They even gave me a scarf and a magnet as a gift. My body feels stiff now. Overall, considering the price, the service was great and the location was convenient (though there are many hills).

We booked 3 hotels through Trip for this trip. 2 of them sent messages to remind guests on the day of check-in, which was very considerate. However, this hotel did not respond at all. We checked in late that day, and the hotel never tried to care whether the guests encountered any difficulties. The location of the hotel is indeed good, very close to Hagia Sophia, but the room is very narrow and can barely fit two single beds. Fortunately, there are many drawers for storing items. The most pitiful thing is that there is no quilt, so I can only use a quilt bag as a quilt, even though there is felt in the wardrobe. But isn’t a quilt the most basic thing? The only thing to praise is that the breakfast is good, and the front desk customer service during the day took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and walk a few dozen meters to the pick-up point when we left the hotel.

Welcoming and professional staff, very clean and pleasantly new room, the only downside is the size of the rooms, but as they are made for sleeping and not playing tennis, it suits me very well, especially when you see that 90% of hotels in Istanbul are not refreshed and lack hygiene, I can say loud and clear that this hotel is NICKEL CHROME

When I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room on the -1th floor and with a double bed and no private bathroom in the room. I asked them about that and they told me that I could use the public bathroom because no one is going to use it. That bathroom was outside the room. I wanted to check the details about my reservation and it was clear that I reserved a room with a private bathroom and a single bed. I objected it and the employee said he is going to talk to his boss. They gave me another room but they acted like they are doing a favor to me. My demand was to get what I had paid. And I think the reason for all of this is because I am Turkish and not a tourist. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul's European Old Town, surrounded by restaurants and shops. It's a little over a 10-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, a 5-minute walk from T1 Gulhane Station, and a 10-minute walk from Eminomu Pier, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and going shopping. The hotel's front desk was also very polite, always greeting guests upon arrival and promptly resolving any issues. However, the hotel's amenities were a real letdown. First, on my first day, there was a power outage for over ten hours, rendering the elevator and air conditioning inoperable. I ended up having to sleep with the windows open. Secondly, the shower water was hot and cold, a constant issue for both days. Even when the power came on, the air conditioning only blew air, not cooled, and I fell asleep drenched in sweat both nights. The hotel also has a small breakfast room on the first floor, and during busy breakfast hours, there was nowhere to sit. The size of the room was clearly disproportionate to the number of guests. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, and the service is good, but the amenities really drag down its rating. Also, if you're staying at this hotel, absolutely avoid driving yourself, as you'll be driven by navigation.
