The best hotel I stayed in when I was on a business trip to Istanbul. The hotel has a rich breakfast, new facilities, modern design, and of course a great price.

Good service, very friendly workers, the hotel is a bit boring there's nothing to entertain you, but overall good experience.

The location is great, dinner was great, continental breakfast, the room was clean, hot water was great, we arrived late and they were patient with checking us in.

No kitchenware, plates spoons forks knives or even glasses that are considered as extras to be paid for

The exhibition is very convenient, and I can sleep two more hours every day. The room is quite old, but it is OK to live in. I can meet customers in the hotel during the exhibition. The food in the hotel is average. There is a shopping mall opposite, but it is all fast food. I didn't go to the city center this time, it should be quite far

The room is not big and the price is a bit expensive. When I took a shower in the bathroom, water came out from under the floor tiles and flowed into the room. I called the front desk to repair it on the first day of check-in. It didn't help to apply glass glue. It should be that the waterproofing under the floor drain was not done well.

The hotel environment is nice, the breakfast is also pretty good, the only drawback is that the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy!

The room was large and I was overjoyed. It was the first time I stayed at a hotel in the European area!
