Exceptional Stay in Istanbul During my recent visit to Istanbul, I had the pleasure of staying at one of the city's finest hotels. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and genuine hospitality from the staff set the tone for a memorable stay. The team consistently demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness—special thanks to Emir for his outstanding service. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience. The on-site dining was equally impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal—conveniently situated for exploring the city's major attractions, shopping, and dining. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It truly exceeded expectations on every level.

The hotel is located in the middle of the commercial area, but you can walk to the city center in 5-8 minutes, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. You can get everywhere by taxi, bus, metro etc. According to my rating, the 4-star hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars. The bed is big but not comfortable. Consists of two mattresses, so the two beds share and there is a large gap. The cleanliness in the shower is unacceptable, mold in the joints and on the silicone sealing. The breakfast is sufficient, every day a different soup, from different vegetables, fruit, Kelloggs, scrambled eggs etc. enough choice. Different types of tea, coffee, water etc. The service staff was very friendly. Overall, it's a bit high for the price range. Next time I would choose a different hotel.

They want money for everything I requested them for late check out they refused then I asked them can I put my bags here due to I’m coming back to hotel next day they charged me for that and air conditioning not working they wanted me to open the windows which kind of 5 star is that they want money for everything

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

The hotel is not bad, the breakfast is quite good. The surrounding area is also very grounded, not far from the subway.

It’s was a nice hotel having all amenities, staff is also very humble and friendly. Overall experience is good. Breakfast was also good.

As it is a famous hotel, there is a security check even to enter the hotel. The nearest station is a bit of a slope. There are cafes and a large shopping mall nearby. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The hotel has a sauna that is like a bedrock bath. There was also a fitness pool. I am used to Japanese business hotels, so I was surprised that there were no disposable slippers, tissues or amenities, perhaps for the sake of the environment. Although it is a famous hotel, the towels seemed old and used. The front desk and doorman were kind.

Отель понравился . Номера хорошие. Чистые. Никакого постороннего запаха. Один был минус. И то мы с ним решили. Оказывается еду с доставки заносить в номер нельзя . Но после 2 минут разговоров персонал разрешил. Надеюсь управление гостиницей примет какое-то решение . Либо предупреждайте заранее и напишите об этом в описании. Или же не запрещайте. 😄а так пребываем довольны. Советую . Персонал кстати очень отзывчив.

There are windows in the room, but the opposite is also a residential building. They are very close to each other. For safety reasons, they dare not open the windows, which is very stuffy. I woke up in the morning and found that there was still a door open to the balcony. It was much better to breathe in the morning. There was no free water. If you want water, you need to buy it from the homeowner. The location of the house is very good, the Blue Mosque is less than five minutes walk down, and the attractions are very convenient
