The rooms are very comfortable and clean . The staff are polite and helpful . The location is not bad because it is in a walking distance to the bus and metro station . The area is a calm residential area not commercial which suited me very well compared to the central area. The price was very good .

nice hotel, but the underfloor heating made the room unbearably hot and made sleep difficult. the aircon didn't seem to work, so had to open the window on a very cold night and suffer street noise.....
