Прекрасный отель в отличном месте. Расположение 5 из 5, рядом метро ( Shishane), порт-паром для прогулок, трамвай-прямой до Айя София. Улица популярная тоже рядом. Вообщем все отлично! Рекомендую! Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за гостеприимство!

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless, no issues with the water at all. We had everything we needed, plus free capsule coffee and tea, which was a nice treat after a long day of walking.
The breakfasts were tasty, though the variety was a bit limited. Still, it was good, and the breakfast lady was very kind. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes to the subway, 15 to the tram, and 20 to the ferry terminal. The airport is about 1.5 hours away by subway.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Stayed for 4 nights on our first time to Istanbul. Very convenient to access public transportation, restaurants and good cafes. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Fully functioning air conditioning was heaven. Last but not least, when we raised concerns about cigarettes smoke noticeable from the hallway, it was quickly rectified. Thank you for our memorable stay in Istanbul!

The hotel fully meets expectations. Clean, good plumbing and comfortable beds. Very friendly reception staff. The family room has a good view. In general, the rooms on the 4th and 5th floors with a view of the bay are the best. The road is nearby, but the double-glazed windows are good. If you open the window, it will probably be noisy. Breakfasts are ordinary, but again with a view of the bay. The location is very convenient

The location of the hotel is super great, all the sights are within walking distance, the staff is very helpful and hospitable, the breakfasts are delicious. You can easily get to the airport and other areas of the city. I recommend!
