The location of the hotel is really fabulous. Two steps away from the Main Street Tarlabasi where you can find the bus stop and two steps from the beginning of istiklal street so literally 200 m away from Taksim square. The rooms are very clean and cozy, I used the same Hotel a couple of years ago but this time it was better as we booked the triple room while we were only two in the room which meant that the room was spacious for us. The room had two separate beds one is small and fits one person while the the other one fits two. The room has tea and coffee making facilities, clean towels and hair dryer. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. I was faced by an issue in my first day were I needed a medicine and all pharmacies were closed as there was a national holiday. I sent to ismael who checked us in day one and gave us his number if we needed anything, he helped me immediately to find an open pharmacy. We were greeted daily with ismael’s smile and warm welcome. Overall experience is positive, would use the hotel again for sure.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite *********** e un paio di giorni prima del nostro soggiorno abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio su whatsapp dal proprietario in cui ci informava che c'era stato un allagamento e non ci avrebbe reso disponibile la stanza. Ci invitava allora a disdire tramite booking la prenotazione. Alla nostra richiesta di assegnarci un'altra stanza o impegnarsi a trovarci una sistemazione equivalente in zona, ci rispondeva che stavamo cercando di "take advantage" dalla situazione. Per forfuna, abbiamo attivato l'assistenza di booking, che ci ha prontamente aiutato a trovare un'altra sistemazione, rimborsando la differenza di prezzo. Il titolare di Miss Suite non aveva informato la piattaforma di non poter rendere disponibile la stanza.

An outright scam. Very very small rooms dust cobwebs smell of sewers no sign to find the so-called hotel you go straight to a street cafe no direct reception on very narrow stairs with a stinky carpet no lift breakfast very very limited limit nothing to eat very very noisy alley difficult to sleep at night. And even worse, a very aggressive owner who repeatedly threatens me not to claim anything from Booking if I want to be "refunded" follows me to the floors, shouting. Worst experience of my life.

Super hôtel ! Idéalement placé au cœur de Taksim dans la rue principale d’Istiklal Caddesi. Le personnel est adorable, au petit soin et très accueillant. L’hôtel est propre. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet à volonté en terrasse. Les produits sont frais et bons. Je vous le recommande vivement. Merci encore au personnel!
