Гранд отель и этим все сказано. Отель с историей, со скрипучими половицами и китайскими вазами в лобби. Шикарные завтраки и постельное белье. Прекрасный садик и бассейн. Перед отелем французская кондитерская и бар.
Есть недочеты, связанные с персоналом, забывающим здороваться с гостями. Но это дело поправимое.

Yıllar içerinde kalmaya da geldik, yemeğe de, sadece havuza da, akşam oturmaya da. Gerçekten kalitesi değişmeyen nadir yerlerden. Müşteri profilini de seviyorum. Çalışanlar yıllardır aynı insanlar. Hepsi güleryüzlü, yardımsever. Eskiye nazaran havuzunu da yenilemişler. O kırmızı - beyaz panjurlar, muz ağaçları, begonviller, dekorasyon vs. hepsi çok romantik bir hava veriyor otele. İçeride Atatürk'ün kaldığı dönemden kalma fotoğraflar var. Sahibi Serra Hanım otelin dokusunu çok güzel korumuş. Burada kalmak zamanda yolculuk gibi. Ben seviyorum, canı gönülden de tavsiye ederim ❤️🙏

Hello, We had lunch at the hotel restaurant in May. The bill amount was charged to my card three times, each time with the waiter saying it was a "card machine error". I sent an email once I returned to France to request a refund, but never received any reply. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of service and customer care.

Bu oteli teraslarında bir şeyler içmek ve yemek yemek için ziyaret ettik. Ne büyük bir hata. Bu yerin tavrı ve samimiyetsizliği Türk misafirperverliğindeki her türlü standardın altında. Son derece kibirli ve cahilce muamele gördük. 2 ulusal bira ve Jalapenoslu dondurulmuş kızarmış kalamar gibi bir tahıl kasesi için 45 Euro'dan fazla ödedik. Kırmızı takım elbiseli garson veya müdür umursamadı. Etik ve prensipleri olmayan bir işletmeyi yönetmek ayıptır. Uzak durun!!!!

Splendidin bitişi
İstanbul’da yaşanan deprem nedeniyle otelde 6 kişi konaklıyordu. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltı olacağını söylediler ancak kişi sayısı az olduğu için açık büfe açmamışlar. Kahvaltıda ekmekler bayattı, ısıtıp ısıtıp getirdiler. İlave simit istediğimizde de diğer misafirlere yetecek kadar simit kaldığını söylediler. Balın yanında ne tereyağı ne kaymak yoktu. Tereyağı istedik 20 dk sonra geldi. Ayrıca küçük poğacamsı ürünlerden 2 kişilik kahvaltıda herkese birer tane düşecek şekilde koyarsın burada hepsi tekti. Dün de sıcak su yoktu odada onu da söyledik anca 45 dk sonra düzeldi. Parasını hak etmiyor.

Konaklama ile ilgili görüşlerim
Tarihi bir atmosferde konaklamak çok keyifliydi. Otelin içi çok güzel, yeri mükemmel.
Eski yapı olması nedeniyle odalar çok ses geçiriyor. Ahşap yerlerde yürüme nedeniyle gıcırtı sesleri oluyor. Bunu bir hata olarak yazmıyorum, sese duyarlı misafirler olabilir düşüncesiyle bilinmesi gereken bir durum olduğunu düşündüğüm için yazıyorum.
Kahvaltı ne yazık ki benim böyle bir otel için beklentimi karşılamadı. Ekmek servisi yoktu mesela. Biraz daha yerel ve özel gıda seçenekleri olmalıydı. Bir kez yemek yedik, ondan da memnun kaldığımı söyleyemeyeceğim. Fiyat-performans kötü. Pahalı yemek ama aynı oranda lezzetli ve doyurucu değil ne yazık ki.
Adanın en güzel yerinde tarihi bir otelde konaklamak isteyenler için seçenek olabilir.
