The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here only it was really difficult to communicate at the reception as nobody spoke any English. Moreover even though the location is excellent being close to the Galata tower but in a more quiet street, there were always the people working in the residence staying outside talking in the afternoon which was making it rather uncomfortable. Altogether it was a good experience but the lack of elevator, lack of sound proof walls and the difficulty to communicate in English made my stay less enjoyable.

Lovely serviced apartments. In a great area near Galata Tower. Everything spotlessly clean, apartment was huge, no complaints whatsoever. Some lovely little bars and restaurants nearby. Place is quite hilly so may not be ideal for older tourists.

NOA is absolutely the best place to stay in Galata! The administrative staff is always available, helpful, and courteous in meeting every need of their guests! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The cleaning staff were very accommodating. I loved the place. NOA is exceptional. Ali Hoca 6 is especially great because the gym is located there. But the other locations are very close! Every time I visit Istanbul, without question, I'm staying at NOA Apartments!

the apartment is really nice and as good as in pics, location is good near galata tower but the lane is little lonely at night, but many restaurants and cafes nearby, the staff was helpful and the check in and out dxprocess was easy, the management is prompt in replies and our overall experience was wonderdul

We stayed in one of the terrace apartments, which was great, especially for only 2 people. The decor is minimalistic but stylish. The terrace was a good size as were the main bedroom and living/dining room. Whilst only a couple of blocks from the main street leading up to the Galeta Tower, the apartment was pretty quiet. There are several small bars, cafes, and shops in the vicinity.

The place is not advertised. We booked an apartment thats supposed to sleep 8 but there were only 6 beds including the sifa bed. Two of us had to sleep on the floor which is absolutely ridiculous for the price paid.
