Though location and cleanliness is good, but not providing the facilities and amenities as they are charging. No ironing in rooms, room service, every time you have you visit reception, no food serving in room, hotel is small with limited number of room options. Area is good, surrounding are somehow okay. Closer to the visiting places like grand bazaar, mosque, museums. they are not proving the services according to the charges. But if you are cleanliness conscious, you can choose this place rather than going any other hotel in this area.

First of all, a man (with an Asian face) at the front desk has a very bad attitude. I don't want to go into details. Anyway, I don't recommend this hotel. The breakfast is not so good, it is very cold on the balcony. It's not self-help, it's what he prepared for you one by one.

Nice new hotel with friendly staff. Only downfall is the restaurant/breakfast area is on the top floor. 7am chairs starts being dragged in an out of tables constantly for hours. If you are on the top two floors be ready to be awoken early.

Hôtel situé dans quartier animé dans le vieux Istanbul, beaucoup de restaurants autour, proche des bus,métro taxi et tram. A l arrivée nous avons changé de chambre car la porte de l armoire était cassée le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli était très agréable( c était le seul) on avait payer pour une grande chambre on a eu une petite, on s en est aperçu après
L hôtel est neuf de 3 mois mais il manque quelques ajustements. Le petit déjeuner, c est une assiette toute prête de nourriture salée avec du pain, beurre sur une terrasse parmi les mouettes et leur fientes on a renoncé à prendre leur petit déjeuner
Wifi pas super, il s arrêtais souvent et quand on aller leur demander de nous le remettre, ils faisait la tronche!!
