The room was modern, spacious and clean. Free breakfast in the lobby was good, too. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was that taxi cabs couldn’t get to the door of the hotel I think because of the street’s narrowness. Walking distance to the Galata Tower.

Everything was very bad, and on top of that they were scammers. I ordered dinner through the hotel app and they charged me, and I never got the dinner. They told me that my money would be refunded in a few days, and I never got anything. I've spoken to them several times now and it seems like they're making fun of you. They tell you that you'll get the refund in a few days and they do this every time you write to them. Unbelievable...

Overall a very nice hotel.
The breakfast buffet was small but quite nice with different choices every day.
The bedsheets didn’t feel so clean but after changing them it was ok.
Very friendly and lovely staff.
The area around may look weird at the beginning but it was safe.

Very good & clean hotel!
Generally very happy about my stay in this hotel! I moved here after 2 very bad & dirty hotels in Istanbul that costed same money, so when I saw this hotel and room: it was already above all my expectations!
Hotel & room are indeed CLEAN! Bed is very comfortable, towels are really fresh and very good shower. Tasty breakfast with all you need to start a good day.
Special thanks to 2 nice guys that work in the mornings, they were very helpful and friendly. And thanks to the cleaning lady for doing a good job!
There was no particular view from the window, but at least it was a very quiet street. The hotel located on not as clean / nice streets, but you just walk 2-3 streets away for few minutes and you are in the most touristic areas already.
If I will return to Istanbul - I will stay in this hotel again! :)
