The plug sockets were hanging off, arrived to find empty food wrappers in the drawers.
Fridge was broken.
Shower was lush but the drain didn't work and overflowed if u used the shower for 10 mins.
But the guys on reception were lovely and helpful. But the language barrier meant couldn't get it sorted out but it was fine. Was only there for few days and was cheap.

This hotel upgraded our room type for free. The boss is very nice. That is, the entire Bisiktas area does not speak English, so it is difficult to communicate. When I left, I helped to book a luxury business car.

Oda genişlik ve konfor açısından iyiydi. Ne yazık ki sıcak su, klima ve ısınma sorunu yaşadık. Asla düzgün bir duş alamadık. Resepsiyonun bu konularda asla bir yardımı olmadı.
