Butique House Reviews

Hotel name is different its not fabulous boutique house, Worst place to stay, dirty and smelly room, hotel manager was arrogant, no AC or Fan, they have AC but you can’t use. No toilet papers, no flush, you have to fill a bucket to flush out you. No soap or shampoo, no drinking water. I checked in after 2h of discussion with them, ( because they don’t accept booking through trip.com), due to worst condition of room I put my luggage for couple of hours, I went around for lunch, I went back and checked out. I don’t recommend choosing this place.

I’m sure there are homeless shelters more luxurious and clean than this hotel. I had to pay again when I walked in. Disgraceful. I hope they get shut down by an inspection soon.

We didn't visit because of the many pictures and reviews about bedbugs and cockroaches.

It couldn't be worse! Everything would be fine, if it weren't for the terrible attitude of the administration!

The hotel is not as shown in the photos. The surroundings also do not look trustworthy. The buildings are all very dilapidated. The hotel itself has broken windows. I did not stay there because it was not safe enough for me as a solo traveler. The hotel and also the route there.

Friends who see this comment, listen to my advice and don't stay here. The room was dirty and the interior was shabby. The point is that there are a lot of bugs in the bed. The hotel's attitude was tough and refused to admit it.

不適合居住

Scam!! We booked an hotel called Fabulous Butique Hotel and looks like it's that hotel called Erciyes hotel! That explains why the taxi driver could not find it either. They did not allow us to check in even though we had a reservation. They say that it is not possible and they do not give your money back! They don't care at all. We had to find another hotel on our own at midnight. Avoid at all costs!
