We had a rest in October 2024. Very friendly staff, special thanks for being able to check in early in the morning after a tiring flight. The room was clean upon check-in, there is cleaning. New mattresses on the beds. There is free WiFi. Heating works.
The rooms are old and need repairs somewhere - this is a fact. Also a minus is the monotonous breakfasts and they, unfortunately, are more for sandwich lovers.
Overall, I recommend the hotel. Thank you!

The service is excellent. The hotel is considerate, warm and loving. The breakfast is great and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Turkey. Warm reminder: Book a room on the platform. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!! NICHT BUCHEN!!! Wenn Sie zu viert reisen und in diesem Hotel übernachten möchten, werden Sie im Nebengebäude die schrecklichsten Zimmer bekommen. Alle Zimmer in diesem Gebäude sind gleich: Das Badezimmer ist unfassbar klein, alles ist sehr dreckig und unhygienisch. Die Betten haben Bettwanzen, das Wasser im Bad und das Leitungswasser enthalten Chlor. Die Toilette ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand, und wir haben keine Rückerstattung erhalten, obwohl wir unsere Reise abgebrochen haben, weil es so schrecklich war. Nicht buchen!

Entgegen anderer Bewertungen war ich zufrieden. Kein Schnickschnack, aber für eine Städtereise ausreichend. Zimmer und Duschbereich waren sauber. Frühstück einfach aber ebenfalls ausreichend.

I didn't like anything of this horrible hotel. It's cheap but isn't worth it. The bathroom ceiling was black because of the mold. I don't wanna continue because I feel depresed 😔

The hotel is good for its price as well as Taksim location but the surrounding area is not a nice one. There are many cafes and 24/7 markets but the street is smelly and dirty. There are also all kinds of people around day and night, walking at night is not unsafe but it feels like it.
