I stayed at this hotel, it's very hard to walk up to the hotel, the room itself is 5 out of 10, the hotel is tired, needs better cleaning, the breakfast is delicious, the staff was also normal

Except for the uphill climb to the hotel, everything else is fine!

The location of the hotel is very good, but it is on a large slope, which is very tiring! Go downhill to the tram stop, a few stops to the attractions! There are supermarkets and restaurants just up the stairs from the hotel! This rooftop breakfast is worth the price! No need to go to celebrity restaurants to eat anymore!

There is a restaurant on the roof; tables and chairs begin to move at night, apparently, which can create inconvenience for those who go to bed early. Breakfasts are also held there. Classic European breakfasts, although the coffee was terrible, so we limited ourselves to tea. A very personable, prompt employee who gets the job done easily. Number 502 - 18 squares. Refrigerator, safe with key, hairdryer in the bathroom and all the necessary little things, except bathrobes. Cleaning the rooms apparently does not include wiping the floor; during cleaning we asked a couple of times to clean it from dust and debris, to which one day at breakfast, housekeeping Nihal came to our table to find out why we were talking about poor-quality cleaning and to state his thoughts on this matter. Listening to all the questions and emotions that interested her took us 20 minutes of breakfast, and this, for a minute, is the most important part of the diet for me, during which I prefer not to communicate with anyone from outside people. Apparently, this employee holds a high position at this hotel, and on the same day she simply considered it possible not to clean our room at all, which we discovered when we returned after 7 pm. The receptionist threw up his hands, without explaining the reasons for this unpleasant surprise. This ruined the whole impression of the hotel. Payment for each day of stay is standard, for some reason cleaning has its own characteristics and guests need to take into account the mood of the service staff, otherwise they may not clean the room, and next time they will throw out something else entertaining. P.S. In the restaurant, guests and staff smoke, some at the table, some at the counter, which was also surprising! It's cold in winter, please come to breakfast in warm clothes.
