The location is good, not far from Galata Tower, subway entrance, and not much traffic jam for taxis. This is the only advantage of the whole hotel. Service: When checking in, the front desk was not there, and another person at the front desk asked us to wait for at least seven or eight minutes before checking in. We stayed for four consecutive nights. When checking out, we were not allowed to check in after 12 o'clock. At 11:40, they called our room fiercely and asked us to check out. The attitude was very bad. Once when we wanted to take the elevator to go upstairs, there happened to be another group of people who also wanted to go up. The waiter stopped us from entering the elevator and insisted on waiting until those people went up. Even if there were still four or five people standing, they would not let us go up to wait for the next elevator. Breakfast: Very bad, very bad chicken

Top location, clean hotel, room a bit small For three people but the bathroom is large. In my opinion the service could be improved due to an unpleasant episode: the morning of check out I was leaving at 7:20 (breakfast starts at 7:30) so the night before I had asked for croissants and juice to take away having already paid for breakfast. I was told yes (under insistence) but in the morning they didn't give me anything and when I asked them to sit down in ten minutes because breakfast starts, while the taxi was waiting outside. I paid for breakfast to them in vain and at the airport too.

We arrived very early in the morning, but were checked in by 12:00, and thanks for that. Service is 5, location is 5, I can't say anything about the breakfasts. There is a very good coffee shop nearby with delicious coffee, and everything else is within walking distance!
