Mineral water was given two 135ml cups.
Bedsheets with pilling, low quality bedsheet. Not comfortable to sleep.
Booked for 3 nights but decided to forfeited two nights and booked another hotel nearby.

Находимся сейчас здесь 2 день. Дикий холод, обогревателей нет, кондиционер не работает, починить не могут. Номер дали не тот , что бронировали, обещали поменять не поменяли. Обещали обьединить кровати и положить матрас один общий, застелили только простынь , матрас не дали. Завтраки обычные, я бы сказала особо ничего и нет, яйцо , сосиски, несколько видов сыра.. Но стоит отдать должное сотруднику в ночной смене - Дервиш. Всегда старался помочь и решить проблему. На 2 ночь сам настроил кондиционер. Очень дружелюбный и приятный.

Ужасно в этом отеле абсолютно ВСЕ! Находимся сейчас здесь 2 день. Дикий холод, обогревателей нет, кондиционер не работает, починить не могут. Номер дали не тот , что бронировали, обещали поменять не поменяли. Обещали обьединить кровати и положить матрас один общий, застелили только простынь , матрас не дали. Завтраки обычные, я бы сказала особо ничего и нет, яйцо , соски т несколько видов сыра. В общем я не рекомендую! Второй день мы боремся за то, что бы хотя бы просто было тепло в номере. Отвратительно.

The cleanliness was far below expectations-the room did not feel properly cleaned, I had to ask the cleaning lady to tidy up ,otherwise they would not do it. The noise level was a big issue too, make it difficult to get a good sleep. another big problem was the shower, the water temperature was extremely unstable, suddenly turning very hot or cold without warning, i would not recommend this hotel,
