These types of corporate and reliable hotels need to be purged of employees like Mr. Vale Volkan, whose name I later learned. It was very upsetting for me to witness and be a part of more than one incident while staying for 1 night. On the first day I checked in, while waiting in the lobby, Volkan argued with an employee named Hazar at the reception, and I witnessed their conversation. Although the employee named Hazar said come and talk, Volkan continued to argue in a way that I could hear. As a guest, I find it extremely wrong to have an argument next to the lobby. The same night, while waiting for my wife in front of the hotel with her car, Volkan said things like "Look, gentlemen, get your car", "Gentlemen, pull over in the last 5 minutes", but he never spoke in the polite manner that a hotel employee should, despite my stay there. Mr. Volkan's INVESTIGIOUS speech as if he were his own business and running a grocery store is shameful for Residence Inn Hotel. In addition, the shower cabin of room number 701 leaked water, and the bathroom turned into a lake at 12-1 at night. The water almost overflowed into the room. Also, the headboard leaks water. Toothpaste and toothbrush were not in the room. When I made a request, it came to my room within 20-30 minutes. There is compensation for all of these, it does not prevent me from staying at this hotel again, but there is no return for what Volkan did. Attention to all hotel officials. I recommend you to look for alternative hotels.
