The hotel overall made a good impression. Very polite and friendly staff, clean and tidy, excellent water pressure and good plumbing, in our room it was possible to turn the heating on and off both in the room and in the bathroom, friends were not so lucky, they could not turn off the heating, it was hot even with open window at night (in February 🙃) Good rich breakfast in the cafe in the next building, good coffee and diligent service.
The downside is that the rooms are very small, the sound insulation is poor, there are interior doors to the next room, you can hear everything. The windows fit poorly, and the audibility from the street is also excellent. We visited in February, when people don’t stay in cafes for a long time, I can imagine a different picture in the summer. I would go back there again, but not in the summer 😊

Buonasera a tutti non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto che trovate sui vari siti che pubblicizzano questa topaia perché in realtà è un luogo che farebbe paura anche ai topi avevamo concordato l’arrivo in struttura intorno alle ore 21:00 e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo avuto subito l’impressione che niente era come l’avevamo visto dal sito ma inoltre ci mettevano tempo a darci le camere poi abbiamo scoperto il perché: le nostre pagate in anticipo due mesi prima non erano disponibili ci volevano affibbiare 2 tuguri da 10 Mt l’una tutte sporche e disastrate i letti sporchissimi e lenzuola rotte i muri se ne cadono a pezzi e come se non bastasse al momento che siamo andati al concierge il portiere Murat ci dice che non aveva soluzioni che la struttura era piena o prendevamo questa o andavamo via e che appena arrivava il manager ci avrebbe rimborsato ovviamente abbiamo provato a farci rimborsare subito risultato messi fuori dalla struttura di notte ecco con chi avrete a che fare se andate in questo posto state lontani lontanissimo è meglio.

When I arrived at hotel , I was told the rooms booked by me two months in advance of trip were not available due to a mistake by the reservation department by Mr.Jacob and I was put up at Honey hotel ( right next to Sultan Suleyman Palace Hotel , apparently also run by the same management) , Honey hotel is dingy and small and smelly , not recommended, we were a big group of ten people and had no other option hence forced to accept , but found the behaviour unnacceptable and unprofessional, beware while booking this hotel , I had been in touch for cab etc and no communication in this regard was sent in advance.

Niente da eccepire! L'albergo è pulito e gode di un'ottima posizione per visitare la città. La colazione, esterna alla struttura, è varia ed abbondante. I servizi offerti sono ottimi. Non abbiamo provato la spa per mancanza di tempo ma ci siamo servite del servizio navetta albergo-aeroporto sia all'andata che al ritorno. Il vero plus della struttura è il personale sempre sorridente, gentile ed attento.
